Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Safaga, right by the sea. It is about 45 km to Hurghada (HRG) Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 224 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     The hotel itself is very beautiful and the beach is beautiful too and in the restaurant the choice is not very big, but enough, the minus is you can’t take the food yourself, but cook gives it to you. The beach bar is good too

    A small resort ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Beautiful beach with lots of palm trees. Although there is not a very large selection of food, everything is very tasty. Our room was new and quite ok. The only thing missing is animation for children.

    Had a fantabulous time here when I stayed in July 24 ....Great Staff ...gorgeous beach ..beautiful gardens...looking forward to my next visit in 3 weeks time AND have already booked for 2026 bringing my daughter and grandsonSee you soon Lotus Bay Beach Resort!

    Fawlty everything i have previously stayed here and it has drastically dropped in every aspect .the whole place needs rebuilding.the beach is filthy.if you like the smell of raw human excrement then you shhould love your stay.YOU CAN BE GUARANTEED A DOSE OF THE FOX TROT TWO STEPSalthough this will help the palm trees grow, when used in the garden sprinkler system.around the pool area there is bird muck everywhere.This motel (not fit to be classified as a hotel ) is penny pinching, a lot of guests complaining, room changes happening every day.many more faults. never againstay away. lodged complaint to tourist board. last time i stayed in similar place that closed after 5 days .same traits penny pinching on all basic necessities .stained and marked smelly bedding ,not enough sun loungers, those that are not already reserved , sign saying not to reserve loungers totally ignored.crockery chipped , no tea coffee in room on all inclusive package, kettle and mugs provided,no spoon. 4 star rating should be 1 star.my room not cleaned on two days out of seven. receptionist full of feeble different excusesNEVER EVER AGAIN.

    I arrived late & staff helped take my case to my room. The chef made me a plate of food which was well needed after the long travel. The room was really clean & comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes etc. I paid £19 for an upgrade for a sea view which was beautiful. Room cleaned daily if required & 2 water bottles left every day. Food was quite limited but was varied each day & cooked fresh. Pool was cold but you would expect that this time of year although there was a smaller pool which was heated. Beach was really nice & clean - only thing I think some of the sunbeds need to be upgraded. Clean beach towels every day. Staff was always very polite & helpful. This hotel is listed as 4 star but in my opinion i would class it as 3 star having said that I would stay here again.
