    Here now with me and my daughter (16) everything very good, always found something to eat, staff very friendly, room good, animation team amazing. Will definitely be back.

    I don't know why people are writing the hotel is good, the water out the bathroom tap was brown, the finishing in the rooms was terrible grout and silicone everywhere shower didn't drain and nearly killed you as was soo slippery when you got in it.Constant harassment from people trying to sell you trips even though you've said no, they've finally got the message and everyone is ignoring us now , my girlfriend just had to tell them to leave some other people alone 2mins later another person is trying to sell them trips or massages.We was put in the wrong room for the first night and had to pay for the privilege only to get a call at midnight to come to reception for a refund.The bar staff tried charging us for drinks even though we're all inclusive and snatched 400 from my girlfriend's hand as a tip.El tayb was fantastic on the photoshoot would highly recommend and the shisha bar people were wonderful.We've had a lady come up and ask us for a honest review of the place as they are trying to sort the hotel out apparently.Stop the hard selling ask once if they say no then leave them be it's your hotel you should be able to relax not have to avoid these people we ain't out on the streets you expect it out there but not in here.

    I visited in jaanuar 2026. Everything in the hotel is fine, but there is one huge downside!! In winter, the wind by the sea is very strong, and there are no windbreaks for the sunbeds on the beach, making it impossible to sunbathe. It's also extremely windy by the pools, like in a wind tunnel. As a result, I couldn't enjoy the beach or the pool at all. I came for the sun and the sea, so it was a total disappointment.To the hotel owners: Please, finally install windbreaks for the sunbeds on the beach, and then I’ll come back. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

    Total. Disaster. Filthy rooms and not Fresh food. Whatever you need on Google the hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Pool is very nice but to cold to use.
