Location

Perfect for beach holidaymakers, families and singles, this resort is situated on a main road in Hurghada, right by the sea. The centre can be reached within around 6 km.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2025. 473 rooms, including 51 junior suites, 8 suites and 411 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 11 lifts. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with individually adjustable heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a whirlpool bath and a bidet, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool (no extra charge), children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Fun on the waterslide and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. The resort offers various water sports, including water aerobics, or for additional fees, snorkelling and diving. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, cellulite treatment, a reflexology massage and a hydrojet massage, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer a spa, a sauna, hammam, beauty salon, massage treatments, cellulite treatment, reflexology massage and hydrojet massage. Kids are sure to have a lot of fun dancing at the kids' disco (no extra charge).

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast (early riser and late riser), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food are available. The chefs will also prepare diet meals for an additional charge. Baby food is available upon request (free). The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    The best holiday but..

    We just left the hotel and we were very happy during the holiday , very clean rooms, delicious food, I think it was like a paradise for us but of course we cannot spend time just eating and relax, we decided to go to Luxor for one day in a private tour and we found a local travel agent is called sheriff Egypt and we booked the tour and we didn't regret because this tour made sense of our holiday to see civilization and history, when we came back we wanted to extend our stay because we loved it but unfortunately we couldn't, that's why we left unhappy and we wanted to stay longer.But we will come back next year.     The hotel did not meet my expectations and, in my opinion, is somewhat overrated. I expected a higher standard of service and facilities for the price and reputation.While the food quality was generally good, the beverage selection and quality were disappointing. The staff in the restaurants were not particularly welcoming or attentive, which negatively affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, the à la carte restaurant was poorly organized and lacked professionalism.The hotel building and furnishings appear dated, with much of the furniture showing signs of age and wear. Another significant issue was the elevators; a large number were out of service during my stay, resulting in long wait times and inconvenience.Guests should also be aware that representatives selling excursions and activities can be quite persistent, which may detract from a relaxing holiday experience.The hotel may be well-suited for families with very young children (approximately 1–6 years old). However, for older children, couples, or adults seeking a more refined experience, I would not personally recommend it. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I do not believe the hotel offers the level of quality its reputation suggests.

    A lovely hotel on the beach, just missing a few details

    The positives: fantastic location with amazing views of the beach and easy access, wonderful swimming pool complex, good facilities, fabulous and hard working entertainment team. Friendly staff. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Generally very clean.The not so good: buffet a bit disappointing. Very limited choice of fruit & salad (Alfredo much better but not open for lunch) and just found the main Culina restaurant a bit repetitive. Also not the best outside dining space compared to others we’ve been to. Drinks were disappointing - cocktails & included spirits very limited. No Prosecco or cava in the all inclusive which I’ve not experienced before at a five star. Sunbeds are not great - only 2 settings (though the seafront sofas are lovely & very popular). Paid extra for deluxe garden view room, but our view was of buildings & caravan roofs. Room itself was nice & spacious, but parts of the bathroom looked a bit in need of maintenance (grey stains in loo, rotting wood at bottom of doorframe - fridge cupboard door was hanging off when we arrived (though they did fix this quickly when we reported). No milk in room for tea or coffee. No ironing board. Just missing some of the touches I’d expect for a 5 star which was a shame as it was otherwise a really lovely hotel.
