A very special mention goes to Yaser, who was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay—always available, always efficient, and always with a smile.The hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness standards everywhere: rooms, common areas, and even the beach restrooms are consistently spotless. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for both families and couples.Room 6218 deserves a special mention, with its breathtaking sea view—it truly elevated our entire experience.There’s always something happening: pool activities, beach entertainment, and evening shows, all well-balanced and enjoyable for both adults and kids.One of the absolute highlights, though, is what lies beneath the surface of the sea. The coral reef accessible directly from the beach is simply stunning. With just a mask and snorkel, you can explore an incredible underwater world, full of colorful fish of all sizes. No diving equipment needed—just step in and enjoy what feels like a natural aquarium.We also appreciated how professionally the hotel handled a small technical issue in our first room. The manager personally intervened and upgraded us to a better room, exceeding our expectations and turning the situation into a very positive experience.Another unforgettable moment was the birthday celebration for our 11-year-old son.     The hotel is very pleasant and quiet. There aren't many attractions, so it's more for those who enjoy peace and quiet and light activities with the Animators. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. Mohamed Ahmed took care of our rooms, and thanks to him, we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. We could always count on him if we needed anything extra. The bar and dining staff were also happy to help, Thanks for Mohamed Ahmed and the rest of the hotel staff there was a nice, friendly atmosphere. The beach was the most popular – it was fantastic. The pools are beautiful, but only part of it is heated. It's a 35-minute drive from Hurghada Centre. The price is adequate to the quality and standard. The food was very fresh and good. There was a daily barbecue at any time of day, and meals are also available on the beach. There's gym (with no extra payments/subsidies.
