Location

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hurghada, directly on the beach. It is also located directly on the middle of Hurghada centre, on the famous Sheraton Road, within a walking distance from the city center with local handicraft & souvenir shops. Hurghada International Airport is just 15 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 417 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Pros : Wonderful gardens, top polosition in Hurghada, close to everything Marina,Sheraton Road ,Mosque,,nice private beach with a lot of free sunbeds , pretty good food (too repetitive but not bad ),nice clean room,good free wifi, good and friendly animation staff.Cons : all incl free drinks are pretty undrinkable, common areas and restaurant area very dirty, a lot of unpolite guests free to do whatever they want just because of they tip....

    I can honestly say ,as writing this I am still here .i emailed the hotel to let them know I am travelling with my widely parents and my brother who has learning disabilities and they gave us a joint room with a wet room for them and with rails in the bathroom ,they really accommodated my family and I and not far to walk to the restaurant .However it was my brothers 50th birthday and without even telling the reception and make special arrangements for his birthday,but they knew ,must of been via passport ,we had two beautiful plates of fruit delivered to our room with plates and cutlery ,however to top it up in the dining room they brought out a beautiful birthday cake and sang to him ..We Jane been coming to this hotel 4 years in a row now and they have always made us feel welcome ,lovely staff,spotless rooms.easy access to everything .beach,shops pharmacies etc etc ,you name it and we are right in the middle of everywhere .. we always choose here because it’s well worth the money with lovely friendly people …5* Regina and thank you once again ,,still got a few days left but I feel you need recognition.Many Thanks and will be back next year 👍🏼🙏🏼🕶️⛱️🏝️🥰

    REVIEW…..Well what can I say, been here 2 weeks. Last day today. Had a blast. Me and my partner came with two friends. We stayed in the bungalows which are great. Clean and comfortable beds. Never had a problem with the food or drinks.The staff all work so hard and a tip everynow and then really goes a long way. We did the safari trip with Yousef who’s a great guy, we had a blast of a day definitely recommend it and book through him!Sherif the reception manager is great to deal with and got us bungalows next to each other.The gardeners work so hard in the sun and when I gave them a cold bottle of water it was like they won the lottery. All the bar staff are great guys and in particular Noby, he is an asset to the hotel.Would definitely recommend this hotel and already looking at coming back again 🙂P.s if you want the best curry go to Red Dragon - Asian Kitchen & Bar at the marina :)

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Ahmed from reception, who really elevated our stay. He was so professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He remembered our names, always checked in to make sure we were okay, and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. His kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed.I also want to give huge praise to Moka and Ibrahim at the Kiki poolside bar. Every single day their customer service was exceptional! Away smiling, friendly and made wonderful drinks. They both worked so hard and always made us feel welcome and looked after.We can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so special and memorable. Highly recommended!

    The location is great your in the central and the marina is 10 mins walk away.You have a McDonald’s right opposite the hotel. The restaurant has only one main restaurant you can eat from or the snack bar by the pool area. They do have an Italian and Asian restaurant which you can eat for free one time only. The main restaurant food is very average as they keep repeating the same food, I didn’t enjoy it at all. Some of the hotel staff were very rude, i would never go to this hotel ever again. I looked at the reviews and decided to come to this hotel but when we arrived we seen how they treat there customers. The housekeeper was a absolute joke, I had to always tells him to clean my room and he wouldn’t make my bed or sweep the floor properly, I had to ask him for towels and reported him to reception, if only I had reported him earlier rather than end of my trip but still the reception staff didn’t do anything about it room was not cleaned the next day.
