Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.

    Definitely not 5 star. But it’s cheap so you put up with it. Food is good though, but busy. You walk in the lobby and grounds and think this is nice. Pools are good, and outside is lovely and well kept. Not much entertainment for kids and anything extra like pool boats or bikes need paying for. No wifi and never stayed in a hotel where you have to pay for room wifi. Staff constantly begging for tips. Salon staff rude when you don’t give a big enough tip. Come across intimidating especially the older lady, demanding more with rude comments. Everything comes at a cost, and whatever price you are given is not inclusive of a rudely demanded tip. Constantly haggled by sellers trying to sell you stuff and trips. Entertainment hall is tired and not somewhere you would want to sit in the evening. Mini a so for kids is 30 minutes and that’s it so they end up running about cos there’s nothing to do. Kids club in the day is awful and the room is dirty and nothing to do for them. Tv put on with some colouring. The staff member doesn’t seem to very good at engaging with children either. Then the rooms are dirty, black mould in bathroom. Toilet stinks of urine and leaks and dirty. No toilet roll left, Never leave towels, constantly having to ask. Empty shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, conditioner etc. Mattresses and pillows with stain marks all over them. Daughter cut her foot on broken tile in room. Duvet covers with cigarette burns and marks. The rooms really let it down and the cleanliness, entertainment and having to pay extra again. Could find somewhere alot better. But we did have a great time, as outside and pools are lovely and well kept. Shame about inside facilities.

    I recommend diving center that’s in hotel directly specially I recomend working with Tito who gave me really good price and took care of everything that I can just enjoy my diving really happy about that guy job

    GREAT HOTEL 🫶

    We travelled with 3 children and our elderly mom. We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel is beyond expectation that’s how great it was. Shout out to all the staff manager Hossam,receptionists Ahmed and Sa’ad,Mustafa and hussein at the food court,the Indian restaurant chef and room cleaner. They were all lovely making our stay homely. Also the taxi drivers Mahmood,Ahmed and Nasr. Like any other hotel food was okay but there’s always something to eat like pizza and chips,fresh naan,grilled chicken, fried crumbed fish fillets, soups,rice,curry,pasta,fresh fruits,desserts and also fresh juices at the lobby area…can go on🍽️☺️. There was Indian a la carte which was delicious. The spa and salon both were amazing. Rooms were clean and tidy. It was our first time in hurghada and we had the best holiday ever. No complaints, amazing hospitality and facilities. Thank you for your service and once again thank you to all the staff.

    Honest English review 2 adults 2 children currently at this hotel now as writing review.Hotel is not a 5* or 4* would say 3*While checking in I was asked to sign a piece of paper what was covered with only the signature bit showing, after moving the paper and reading what I was about to sign what stated along the lines of I am satisfied with my stay would recommend this hotel and give this hotel 5* and no complaints would be made regarding my stay. I refused to sign this as I had literally just turned up, hotel manger was not happy but nothing more was sed as refused to sign.Arrived to my room and was no bedding or pillows for the children and no toilet paper went to reception and was brought things what was needed within 10 minutes. Room is very basic but was clean and cleaner been everyday also has English channels like movies and cartoons on tv. Building work is currently taking place facing our balcony but not fussed as not in the room in the day time.The main restaurant is very busy never no clean tables to sit at and you have to ask for a table to be cleaned and wait before you can sit down and eat. Not big enough for the amount of people it needs to cater for and not very clean food over the floor people bumping into each over to the point we no longer go to the main restaurant just eat at the snack bar and eat out at night.No drink dispensers so unable to help yourself you have to que at every bar with only 1 person serving at a time, plus side you get bottled water free.Many pools and pools are clean but harassed constantly all day to book trips, go to the spa, have hair done etc must be asked at least 10 times a day.The beach is lovely and sun loungers are comfy and don’t get harassed as much as you do around the pool, the slides are good for the kids.The hotel is very big and has a lot of people here so very crowded all the time.I would not return to this hotel as been to Egypt a few times before and much better hotels for the same price out there.If you want a holiday to relax and enjoy food do not come to this hotel.

    Wonderful staff who were willing to make our stay memorable. The day manager who was gracious enough to move our room because the internet/ router was not working well. We moved to room 3010, on the ground floor, which was a fantastic location. Mustafa, was our wonderful cleaner. You'd be fortunate to have him clean and design your towels.The food was good, especially the Egyptian bread and Mulukhah (IFYKYK).Abdulrahman (security guard) was an absolute joy to speak to on our walks to the pier on the left. He couldn't praise the owner of the hotel for his kindness and generosity-Mr Muhammad Abdul Nasser. This man was proud to work at this hotel and he conveyed that to my husband and I. He enjoyed his role and was happy and proud to work there.This made us feel good about where we were staying. All the staff would go out of there to make our experience memorable. To improve our stay we would have liked the following:Better evening entertainment Outdoor BBQTowels and bottled water in the gymTwo pools could have been heated because the one pool was over subscribed Overall, for the cost of the holiday, we were very pleased.
