Facility

366 rooms are available. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Options include a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café, a bar, a lobby bar and a piano bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I have stayed at this hotel three times now and I love it here. The staff are always helpful and go above and beyond. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Breakfast is amazing and definitely the best meal of the day. There were also enough sun loungers for everyone, which makes such a difference.I will be back again in August and I’m already looking forward to it.A special mention to Lili, who was so kind, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. She made me feel comfortable, always had time for a chat, got me involved in activities, and really helped make my holiday feel special.     I stayed at Royal Lagoons Resort & Aqua Park and overall, I'd say the experience was very much a case of getting what you pay for.There were some positives. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, which was very welcome in the heat. The pool area is decent and the water slides are genuinely fun. A handful of staff members stood out as professional, friendly, and hardworking. The spa was also a pleasant surprise – I had a massage there and both the treatment and staff were very good.Additionally, my friends had good experiences at the shisha tent and the royal lounge bar, the drinks were nice and the staff were attentive. The rooms themselves were acceptable but nothing special - i upgraded my room before my stay but i was disappointed as it was nowhere near as nice or well-kept as the rooms in the images online. Unfortunately, housekeeping wasn't particularly thorough. While I appreciated the towel animals left by the cleaner, I'd have preferred more attention paid to the dust, hair, and debris that seemed to remain in the corner by the door throughout my stay. I was also provided with stained towels.The biggest issue by far was the food. In all honesty, the buffet food was extremely poor. There were a few notable exceptions: the hardworking lady at the breakfast omelette station was excellent, and the made-to-order items such as pizza and fries at lunch were perfectly decent. The desserts were also acceptable, although I'm sure they weren't made on site. Unfortunately, most of the dinner options were bland, low-quality, and disappointing.The pool bar was another letdown. The drinks were poor quality, and it was odd to see slushie machines running without any ice in them. There was also an unpleasant sewage-like smell around the pool bar area that was difficult to ignore.When booking the a la carte restaurant at reception, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and not particularly helpful. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the stay.I also tried the La Luna à la carte restaurant, which was very disappointing. Fortunately it was all inclusive (you get 1 free a la carte dinner if you stay 7 nights or more), but even then, I wish we ate elsewhere. Half the lights appeared not to be working in the restaurant, leaving the place poorly lit - this combined with music from 'The Godfather' on repeat lent a strange atmosphere, and the food was only marginally better than the main buffet.Overall, this is not a hotel I'd recommend for its food or service standards. However, it is relatively inexpensive, and that reality is reflected in the experience. If you're looking for a budget hotel with a decent pool, good air conditioning, and a few excellent staff members, you may find it acceptable. Just keep your expectations in line with the price.     Great hotel with lots of activities and a fun time for the family. Enjoyable buffet and the staff are also very friendly, especially EshaQ at the buffet who helped us everyday and was very kind. Would recommend this place for families!
