  Perfect stay for a relaxed and luxurious family holiday. This was already our second visit, and once again we felt truly welcomed – especially with the thoughtful, personalized welcome gifts for both of our children.The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire resort. We felt genuinely well taken care of at all times. A special thank you to Julia from Guest Relations, who was incredibly attentive, warm, and helpful during our stay.We will definitely be back again.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT RECOMMEND

  This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I discovered that the rooms shown online were not even available in reality. After considerable difficulty, I was eventually able to check in, only to find that there was no internet or Wi-Fi access in the apartments at all.Due to these issues, I decided to leave the following day. I was assured that I would receive a full refund for the remaining nights. However, nearly a month has passed and neither I nor my travel company has received any refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact the hotel and explain the situation, but my calls are being ignored. I’ve also been told to contact my bank, which has confirmed that no refund has been processed.P.S. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against eating the breakfast if you want to avoid the risk of food poisoning.

  Electricity often breaks down in the rooms. There is no water in the room as something is broken. They can fix it all day. The staff works poorly. The hotel is under construction, so even the beach is not equipped. Pools are dirty most of the time. Pool cleaning starts at 10 am (It's too late). The territory also begins to be cleaned only at 10-11 am. So if you come to the pool at 9, you will see the consequences of night parties: overturned and cutted sunbeds and tables, a lot of garbage.

  One of the worst places to be in Hurghada , a waste of money and time , service : 0 out of 5 Accommodation: 4 out of 5 Facilities: 0 out of 5 Staff : 1 out of 5 Also if you like to spend time around loud and noise kids with very poor higiene , then this is the place for you

  This place is a bit off the beaten track, but the pools and placecare beautiful, the WiFi is not great, but sometimes that's nice, the pool bar is lovely and we ate occasionally at the restaurant onside Athena, not bad foodThis is still a building site in places but in a year or so it will be even better!
