  In resort at the moment on the shabby beach with decrepit sun beds. Food for breakfast was burnt today. All the pastries also. Alcohol served in little plastic cups and tastes disgusting. They say you get what you pay for. I jave atayed in 4 star hotels jere for less. Have been going out everyday .Hotel is dirty lifts keeps breaking down and with someone with moblity issues.Noisy. Not a quiet holiday. No other English here in hotel. Cheapest bar is Angel. Nice food and beer.Tried Loveholidays but connection keeps going down. Do not come here. If it was my first holiday here I would never return to Egypt. But there are lots better hotels That don't serve liver everyday.

  Sun&Sea Hotel Hurghada (All-Inclusive)We are currently staying at Sun&Sea Hotel in Hurghada, and we are extremely disappointed – and we still have two days of our holiday left.The all-inclusive experience is far from what was promised. The food is awful: there are almost no options, and the quality is unacceptable. When we asked for milk with cereal, we were given hot water with milk powder instead – which is completely inappropriate and unappetizing. There are no fruits, just one slice of cold cut and cheese, and no omelettes or proper breakfast. Food is served in broken plastic bowls, which is both unhygienic and unappetizing. Drinks are made with tap water and served in flimsy plastic cups. No wine is offered with meals, which is very unusual for an all-inclusive hotel.We also discussed our disappointment with the reception and were promised a better room within an hour on the same day. After waiting for two hours without any information, we went to ask about the situation ourselves. We were then told that the new room would be available after eight hours. When we returned after eight hours, they asked for one more hour. At that point, we insisted on getting the room immediately. What they offered us was a smaller room, located two floors up but in the same noisy area, so we decided not to move.The hotel manager then promised we would receive better treatment in the restaurant and that we could order what we wanted. This only happened once, and after that, everything went back to the poor and limited food options.On top of everything, we got food poisoning from the hotel food and had to stay in the room for two full days, suffering from stomach illness. This completely ruined a large part of our holiday.According to Travellink, this hotel was rated 4.5 stars – but in reality, it is closer to a 2-star hotel. We feel completely misled.There is no entertainment or evening program for children, making this hotel totally unsuitable for families.We are extremely disappointed and feel that we did not get what we paid for. One whole week without proper food has been exhausting, and we are simply relieved that the holiday is nearly over and we can finally go home. Based on the misleading description, poor service, broken promises, and the health issues we experienced, we believe a partial refundwould be more than fair.This was absolutely not the holiday we were promised.Sofia Põldma

  The photos on their website paint a picture that simply is not accurate. My dive buddy and I found the property to be considerably run down and not particularly clean. We had booked and paid for an "All-Inclusive" option and that was a mistake. There was only one location (near the upper swimming pool) to obtain alcohol, and it was comical. Instead of serving you a beer in its original can or bottle (you had to pay for that) they poured the beer into a very tiny plastic cup....and only about 1/2 full. Best guess was about 2 ounces of beer so not much better than shots. The buffet was scary in terms of food quality and the description on one was simply "Meat". What kind of meat...who knows. Fish servings were full of bones. After experiencing the buffet at lunch, we made the decision to eat dinner (and the next day's lunch) at the Tavern across the street....great choice. Breakfast on the check-out day was okay with omelets being available but it was interesting that staff cut-off the all-inclusive band at breakfast so that you couldn't access the food or beverage even though check-out wasn't until much later. Wi-fi was only available in the hotel lobby and was very weak...especially when there were considerable number of guests sharing the bandwidth. The claim on the hotel's website about being wheelchair friendly (although not impacting us) was definitely not accurate. Finally...and this is the scary part....security. We were having a nap after a long flight and I heard the noise of someone trying to enter the room with a key. We had the extra slide lock on so the attempt wasn't working. I got up and looked through the peephole and it was a uniformed staff member so I opened the door and simply said "yes"? He fumbled a bit and then said he was checking to see if we needed water. I said no as we already had our two allotted bottles but it was interesting that he didn't even have water bottles on him. To me, he was attempting to access our room without authorization for suspicious purposes and the front desk was not helpful when I mentioned it to them. It didn't help that our sliding glass door lock did not work but at least we were on an upper floor.

  I'd like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to 4 people who made our holiday very pleasant1. Yasser Arafat is a good receptionist His English is impecable On first day I felt unsure certain things and he was very patient and reassuring2 Hassany is very kind helped us to find the right room He was very patient, friendly and helpful He made sure we had everything we needed I did enjoy practice my french with him 😁3 Hassan is very nice too First day we were a bit lost didn't know where to buy water and fruits and he helped us with that4 Owner of the Sun and sea hotel such a gentleman made us feel very welcome to his hotel He was often near restaurant greeting us personallyWhat can I say good people always make a huge difference!To be honest there were some small issues but they did resolve them quickly enough so I have no complains about this hotel only good memories!!!Lovely people who make you feel like a familyIf I would recommend this place Absolutely! It's close to the sea has its small but private beachVery close to the shopsWe had a room with the sea view Amazing! Special thank you for that 🙏❤️Good quality beds with a good power water cold/hot in a shower roomThe breakfast was the same every day more variation dinner time We did always find something to eat so no complains here eitherThe only thing we didn't like was the coffee/tea in the hotel but that can be easily resolved as next door cafeteria makes very tasty coffee and tea that cost about 1$ very reasonable priceOverall we had a very pleasant holiday thanks to all those lovely people mentioned above and the rest of the staff was nice tooWith love,Svetlana

  1.the room was amazing with the beautiful view <3 sleeping amazing :)2.cleaning in the room veeery bad!!!!3. food :bad ,the same every day,i didnt went up in my weight,i went down,because some days ,i didnt eat at all in the hotel.4.all inclusive-its not inclusive at all.5.beach-dirty6.will i come back to this hotel-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO7.english understanding very bad8.the hotel needs to be renovating9 swimming pool-dirty10.a lot of things in the room not working,like tv,lamps.11.resepsjon: girls very good,they trying to help,but the boy-terrible!12.HYGIENE -very bad !13.breakfast awfull-coffee ...you will see self14.i will not put some photos,because ,its not worth it.3 stars hotel...i will give 2 star to this hotel,maube 1 star
