Facility

The resort has a lift and features 226 rooms. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a hairdresser. A business centre with fax machine, projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. With aquafit or, for a fee, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include 3 restaurants, a bar, a pub and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The hotel has a great location just a few minutes from the Grand Place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Club level was pretty good with happy hours with excellent food. Not a huge club but adequate. We had an upgraded room but it was still small with a port hole window. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a pretty fabulous buffet. I have never seen a juicing station where you can make your own smoothies. Very crowded.     The hotel has an outstanding location and is within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and the central train station. Rooms have been renovated and are in decent shape. M Club Lounge offers good snacks as well as beer and wine in the evening. Breakfast is a highlight at this property. Excellent variety of food and drinks. Freshly squeezed juices on the on hand and Prosecco and bloody marys are available as part of the buffet. 2 things to keep in mind, the rooms on the 6th (top) floor have very low ceilings and weird round boat-like windows. Our room up there additionally had a bad sewage smell which is why we moved right after checking in to a lower floor. There's also a big construction site behind the hotel which can be noisy. Our room facing the courtyard was a good choice. A let down was the lack of cleanliness with dust present throughout our stay. If they can get this under control I'd be back.
