Location

This luxury hotel is supremely located in the newly and most elegant areas of the Red Sea, “Sahl Hasheesh”, 20 km south from Hurghada, one of the most famous destination on earth, and 25 km from Hurghada Airport, The property has its very own private beach with private jetty.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 543 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 4 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can cool off in one of the 3 outdoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site beach volleyball. For a fee, tennis is also available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 6 air-conditioned buffet and à-la-carte restaurants. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes, children's meals, halal food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Great stay at the Tropitel, our family room was very big and although we had no balcony, it was lovely to open the patio doors and put the chairs close to the rail. Our room was kept clean ,facilities were good and the staff were cheerful . We loved the snorkelling and saw loads of beautiful fish ,I liked that there were lots of life guards around watching over you, we didn't get that last year in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was also quite small which we liked and the beach with the lovely large Cabanas ,was kept clean with again excellent staff that settled you and found you beds. I think the beach toilet cleaners need a shout!! Those toilets were kept so clean ,the best we've ever been to and we've been some places.Only negative, the drinks with your evening meals , more staff are needed. Our drinks came a few times after we finished our meal.Currancy, just take Euros and sterling or US dollars, it's preferred as it doesn't really change in value, I'm afraid their own Currancy has taken a big drop in value since we were last in Egypt. Would I visit again , YES and will give their new hotel a try when it's finished, next door. Salh Hasheem was a nice area ,very up and coming . There are lots of new hotels being built around there but building work didn't bother us.     We spent a week at this lovely hotel with the family. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are all very friendly & helpful and the rooms are a very good size. We had no problem getting a sunbed and there were 7 of us, the pool area is spacious and it’s only minutes to the beach. The entertainment is good and varied and enjoyed all what we saw. Overall a really lovely hotel and we would def go back.     Excellent stay at Hotel Tropitel beautiful hotel and staff were first class and attentive. The only negatives for us were (1) the entertainment venue and plastic cups and (2) the pushy shop attendants in the actual hotel itself (perfume / oil shop). The food in the main restaurant was ok, nothing special but quite boring as it was the same thing every lunch/ evening. Absolutely fine if you like pasta, salad and comfort foods like shepherds pie, potato in various sauces. The exclusive Indian was amazing as was the pizza in the Italian however we couldn’t booked into the Turkish or the Mexican as it was busy. PROS1. Staff - absolutely first class and attentive to your needs 2. Exclusive restaurants but need to book in advance 3. Spa - we loved the spa but you need to be strong with the salesman as they will try and push you to book more treatments than you want / need4. Rooms were cleaned dailyCocktails at the main hotel bar are good5. Staff at the adults only pool were excellent and attentive, drinks are served in ice cold lovely plastic tumblers a lot better than the little plastic cups at the entertainment venue CONS1. Pushy staff in hotel shops, more than just slightly annoying, the two oil / perfume shop attendants were quite rude at times when we didn’t make a purchase and I avoided going on my own as I was intimidated by them both 2. The entertainment venue was a short walk toward the beach away fromthe main hotel and drinks were served in small plastic cups which was off putting. We only went the once. 3. Food in main restaurant could be better but it was acceptable if this is not important to you4.     A Wonderful Stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh

    We had a wonderful stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. The resort is beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and the sea is absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the hospitality was nothing short of excellent.A special note of thanks to Mr. Zaki Said and the Reception Team for their outstanding hospitality, warm welcome, and continuous support throughout our stay. Mr. Zaki made both the check-in and check-out processes incredibly smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. His guidance and professionalism were truly appreciated.Dining Experience:If there was one small downside, we found that the food in the main restaurant could be improved. However, the specialty restaurants more than made up for it. We had dinner at both the Italian and Mexican restaurants, and they were absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to Moudy and all the restaurant staff for their excellent, friendly, and attentive service, as well as the delicious food.Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
