Location

The resort is nestled directly at a sandy beach with a private lagoon, on the Red Sea. Hurghada International Airport is 15 km away.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2022. The hotel has a lifts and features 364 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests can learn more about excursions at the tour desk. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 3 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. There is no additional charge for an extra bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge). Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as kitesurfing and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 7 restaurants, a breakfast room, a café, a bar, a pub and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request.

    Unreal hotel unreal hospitality really made you feel at home. Everything nice and clean all the food was amazing. And the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Big shout out to hassan and mostafa !

    The hotel was amazing and the staff were incredible, from being poolside the bar staff were attentive and always provided drinks.The animation team especially shout out to Olivia was absolutely brilliant, the kids loved her, she always made sure they had the best time and engaged with them throughout all the activities and getting them involved in dances. She is amazing and a great asset to the team.

    We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay in Hurghada. What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the people. A huge shout out to Olivia from the animation team – she went completely above and beyond, especially with the children but also with the adults too. Her energy, kindness, and genuine care took the holiday to another level. She made everyone feel included, always had a smile on her face, and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere every single day. She is an absolute credit to the hotel.The animation team as a whole were always friendly, engaging, and bringing great energy without being too much. They really enhanced the overall experience.Another standout was Ahmed who serves drinks at pool bar – He was constantly on the go, so friendly and accommodating, and regularly brought drinks directly over to us without us even needing to wait at the bar. That level of service really makes a difference and didn’t go unnoticed.We also treated ourselves to the spa treatment during our stay, and the massages were genuinely high quality with reasonable prices too. The hotel itself is really nice and kept to a very high standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and always left spotless.Food was good too, and something I really appreciated was the great range of vegan-friendly options available. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and it was clear the hotel caters well for different dietary needs.Across the board, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Combined with the lovely facilities, clean environment, and great atmosphere, it made for a truly memorable holiday. If you’re thinking about booking – do it! :)

    What an amazing holiday. Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore. From beautiful grounds to incredible food to gorgeous and friendly staff 😍 worth every penny and we will be back!!We traveled as a family of 3 with our 10 year old and our friends 🧡 stayed a week and it wasnt enough. This hotel did not disappoint. The choice of restaurants was amazing (Indian was our fave) main buffet restaurant was top quality 👌 The Entertainment team were incredible with the kids AND adults.. There was somthing fun to do day and night we couldn't believe how much effort the they put into organising fun things. From a foam party to carnival to a huge festival to dance shows, zumba, sports, darts amd even a late night pool party where everyone jumped in!!.. the list goes on.Pool was clean, life guard and waiting staff were so impressive. Our room was left immaculate everyday. The grounds of this hotel are stunning.     Recently returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful hotel. The service and care from all of the staff was incredible. On arrival we were seated, given a chilled flannel and fresh juice while they booked us in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole grounds were immaculate. Gardeners and cleaners are busy from sunrise to sunset. We will definitely return. Special mention to the animation team who were fab. A special mention for Olivia who went out of her way every day to make sure everyone had what they needed and make the activities fun. #Gilly. Mofasa also works hard. All in all a great hotel. Food was good, freshly made. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 was because the night time entertainment was quite poor. The same poor dancers every night doing pretty much the same routine.
