Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the impressive Makadi Bay area, which is a superb destination in Egypt. The hotel is built on an area of land spanning 250,000 m², with a 550-metre stretch of glistening sandy beach, blending with the crystal-clear blue waters, the virgin corals and the stunning Red Sea Mountains. It lies on Safaga Road, only 25 km away from Hurghada International Airport.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2025. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 457 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. There is also a safe and, for a fee, a minibar. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone, a TV and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 4 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. An à la carte breakfast, a lunch buffet and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Update in february 2025:hotel is completely renovated,according to local workers it should be finished in 1-1,5year so like summer 2026 and it should belong under xanadu so lets see if it will be really so,the prices of xanadu are much more higher than princess Tie Heights hotel prices previously...

    What an S++t hole of a place. This is every hotel I've been to, has given me two towel cards I asked here they said no I said why women have long hair we need todry it they said come speak to the manager at 2pm so I went and asked he told me noone get two towels card in any hotel I said that's a lie he got real manld and told me to shut my mouth before he shuts it for me and that he will KILL/MURDER ME. So I called 122 the Egyptian police and told them what happened they sent then HEAD OF POLICE to the Resort to help me but before the police a man from the hotel pretended to be the police he tried to get me to say its was all OK. The actual police showed up, and we spent 2 hours in a room talking. They tried their hardest to get me to stay in the hotel by giving me a suite room. I told them no ili called Travel Republic holiday company as I booked through them they took of 2 days and then moved me to another hotel.This hotel is DIRTY AS HELL BEDS, FLOOR, FOOD IS RUBBISH IF YOUR VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN BEST BELIEVE THERES NOTHING FOR YOU.THE STAFF WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR DOING EXCURSION LIKE €70 for Quad bike when it's only €20 on get your guide app you can do anything on there for cheap all the same places but at a fraction of the price. DONT EVER GO HERE RUN LIKE YOU LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

    The hotel is actually under reconstruction,I hope it will be again available than.Our family was in hotel every year and it was always a pleasant stay.Staff was nice,friendly and helping in each situation.Food was good with enough choice and also with local food(those who await the fresh baked croissant and premium european food will be disappointed:).It looked older inside the rooms and inside the hotel too,but the hotel was built many years ago and you still dont need any air conditioning in the rooms:they hold the cold naturally inside.the only disadvantage were rude and agressive russians,permanently drunk and destroying everything around.We will be looking forward to reopening.

    A sad story for a once beautiful resort. Everything is old, outdated, not working, broken, dirty beyond cleaning (silicone in the bathrooms, for example). The food is rather limited to stew like dishes, vegetables and salad ok, but although you could find 18 (eighteen!!!!) bottles of vinegar, there was absolutely none, ZERO!!! of oil. When I asked for oil, I was brought a really small ammount of sunflower oil, no way they had any olive oil. The glasses were invariably 100 ml cheap plastic glasses, even when you were served beer. The huge reception space has no AC and when the kitchen has barbeque on offer the smoke finds its wat to fill the two story space.
