    The façade of the hotel is inviting, with an assumed elegance within the rather grungy area on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor; however, when looking more closely the age of the building, the lack of attention to basic services is evident. The general lax attitude to serving paying guests (unless there is a hint of a potential tip at the end of it) adds to a less than optimal guest experience.The rooms are basic with a very budget style bathroom set up, with no amenities, and you’ll be lucky if you get the shower curtain. Our stay included a breakfast, which was the same thing across the three days of our stay, consisting of local bread, some hummus, yogurt, and coffee, along with a fried egg; good enough to get you going for the first part of your day.The saving grace to this lacklustre hotel experience would be the rooftop view, which is the best feature of the hotel, and I can actually say this was probably the only enjoyable part of this experience. As mentioned, this hotel is on the West Bank of the Nile river, and while it is an interesting place to visit by taking the ferry across from the east bank, I would highly recommend staying on the east bank if you have the choice.

    Absolutely amazing place , food amazing staff friendly and absolutely clean.Our room was so clean , u could eat from the floor , breakfast was good as well and u have teras upstairs flor 5 and 6 whit an amazing view. I definitely recommend it 👌🏼.

    Absolutely terrible. The so called manager will not stop chatting up male guests and asking for money. A totally disreputable man. It is a hotel which should be avoided. The manager keeps asking for compliments and yet fails to impress. Luxor is renowned for this but this man takes it to new levels of

    I loved staying here! Super SUPER affordable and they treated us so good from the moment we got there. Breakfast and beautiful balcony view included. On the West Banks but close to the Nile River . Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

    Very small room, no TV, no wi fi, no privacy, double room 2 beds , one small wardrobe, one chest of drawer small size, no coffee table, no seats, no safe, no lockers at all and i have to leave the key at the reception. I am frustrated, i stayed more than 30 minutes to check in
