    The hostel connected me with Aladdin, the best guide I had during my travels in Egypt. Incredibly knowledgable and kind with better English than me. The hosts also made delicious breakfasts both mornings I was there and endless cups of tea. I had to do a bit of work as well and the wifi worked well from the roof, but not from my room. I had a single room on the first floor near the check in desk which wasn't ideal but relatively quiet with the AC on. Not many folks around, but August is the off season

    If you are in Luxor, this Place Is absolutely a must!! I have bene there with my girlfriend. Amazing in any side!The position Is perfect, the Place really beautiful and the owner (with the rest of the stuff) Is the best!!Thank you for everything, really!

    Excellent hotel/hostel with a friendly owner and staff. Great rooftop social area which is key to learning from others and big value in terms of saving money and time. We booked a West Bank tour through the hotel with Aladine Solomon Tours. Aladine was the best Egyptian tour guide that we encountered. He has a great sense of humor and explained a lot of customs, agriculture, and history that went beyond a normal tour.

    Good welcoming place where you can meet friends. Easy access to transportation. Good breakfast with instant coffee. Expect really simple room like no top sheet, no soap, no toilet paper. You will need a longer cable to charge your device. The shower curtain was in pieces..didn't feel to try the shower. It's in a narrow street and the kids were still playing at 1 am. For the same price you can have superior

    I would like to recommend this really confortable and sweet place to spend your time in Luxor. The owner, Happy, is very welcoming and sharing to discover the region. The staff is always ready to help in good atmosphere. The chambers are pretty good and you can enjoy a great rooftop to restore you. Happy will open soon a new hotel, the "Peace & Freedom Guesthouse & Hostel" , that you should not hesitate to discover.
