Location

This exclusive luxury hotel enjoys a great location in Luxor directly beside the Nile. Countless bazaars and shops are to be found close by and the airport is roughly 10 km away.

Facility

The club was modernised in 2023. 5 junior suites, 19 suites, 1 single room and 283 double rooms are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with fax machine, projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book 2 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The club has 1 family room, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its 2 pools and pleasantly heated water. There is also special swimming area just for little ones. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a spa, massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and reflexology massage. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy a number of restaurants (non-smoking, smoking area, a buffet, à la carte and air conditioning). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental and an English breakfast from the buffet or à la carte (also for early birds and late risers) is a delicious reason to rise and shine. Lunch (as a buffet, à la carte and a set menu) and dinner (a buffet, à la carte and a set menu) are full of variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, halal food, kosher food, lactose-free food, vegan food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional fee. There are non-alcoholic beverages and international brands as well.

    The hotel is stunning! Located by the Nile, on a quiet area but still in walking distance from Luxor temple. Also good restaurant options just on the other side of the street. Beautiful hotel, our room was huge and with a small veranda facing the Nile, very confortable bed. The pool is ideal for relaxing after a tour day, you just lie there in the afternoon with all the boats and fellucas passing by.... What more can you ask for?     The experience was very good, the pool area is very comfy.     Ahmed was a great host he made our stay very enjoyable and welcomed every night we stayed he made sure we was happy food was good drinks was great even the fruit was good the rooms was were clean and spacious balcony views were also nice room service was great and helped When called on for towels and wash cloths great hotel!!!     It was not bad , but the most annoying part is not allowing bringing food from outside.Some electric plugs and buttons are not in appropriate place. The bathroom light button for example was outside the bathroom lol and we have to turn it on to turn the whole room light.
