Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.
