Location

Situated in eastern Egypt and on the west coast of the Red Sea, Marsa Alam is one of the fastest growing holiday destinations on the Red Sea Riviera. With its palm trees, mangroves and seacoasts fringed with barrier coral reefs, it is a true tropical paradise. Housed in a prime location between sandy mountains and the deepest blue sea, the hotel is just 2 km away from the city of Marsa Alam and 60 km from its international airport.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort also offers snacks.

    Very dirty hotel. Stained beds very warm beer in childs plastic cups. Heiensken offered at 50 pounds no problem but they took it of a shelf that was in the sun? Moved hotel to Titanic resort Hurgharda brilliant ? Top recommendu

    Dont use this hotel. Very dirty and not the most pleasent place to go. We changed hotels in 2 days we could not spend there more. Never seen a housekeeping crew the entire time at all. The room very dirty broken mirror bits hanging off the wall still. Moulded walls and dusty and broken wardrobe the fridge was just barely hanging on the shelf. All inclusive package but still payes for my drinks but they got them of the shelfs with was in direct sunlight all day. Not cold at all and who knows how old as well? So i recomend stay away from this place.

    The Beach is very bad & rocky beach with shallow waterThe Pool is small & not clean Room Service is very bad , u have to beg them to clean the room & change the sheetsI didn't have enough towels & sheets were old & not clean , & i asked them to change the sheet & bring new towel 5 times & I got it finally next day at nightWe had in the room old TV without a remote control, we didn't have Safe or Hangers in the room The room was without Blackout curtainsThe Food was bad & tasteless & No varietiesA lot of geckos everywhere You Have to think twice before going there

    I have visited this hotel previously and I had to come back because it was such a welcoming experience for me. Every single member of staff in this hotel is so friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your stay. We had everything we needed and more. There was also a large variety of food at dinner times which was very nice. The rooms were the perfect size and they were very clean. Thank you for making this the best holiday.

    I have just returned from this gem of a hotel, the hotel is well planed out and has a clean multi levelled pool with a swim up bar which we throughly enjoyed. the rooms are specious with clean comfortable beds, they were cleaned daily and the children couldn't wait to see the creations that the multi talented cleaners created. This hotel has an intimate wellcoming feeling which permiates from the owner and through out the staff, everyone was extremly welcoming and couldnt do enough for us.The bars and resturant were ran like clockwork and all the staff were excellent, there was a good variety of food which was great as I have a few fussy eaters. All in all I would recomend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in Marsa Alam, we loved this hotel so much that we will return next year to celebrate a landmark birthday.
