Location

The hotel is situated directly beside the Red Sea, with its turquoise waters and pristine shorelines flanked by majestic mountains and one of the most spectacular coral reefs there is. Marsa Alam international airport is approximately 65 km to the north of the hotel.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2023. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 16 junior suites, 16 suites, 100 single rooms and 180 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. A business centre with projector and fax machine is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee). A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 4 outdoor pools (no extra charge), while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes beach volleyball and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and horse riding. Water sports on offer include water aerobics or, for a fee, snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, darts and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a hammam and a beauty salon. Third-party operators offer a hammam. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 3 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. An American breakfast à la carte guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks.

    I been here for one week, the place is beautiful, sea, desert really amazing.You can do a lot experience like quad, camel, snorkeling.The staff is amazing especially Eva with her amazing vibes and yoga lesson, Papacito the most crazy all day but really funny and also at my favourite bartender Gamal, thanks guys for this amazing experience.

    A vacation to remember. Really we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Starting with the warm welcoming of the reception Mr. Roushdy, who really was a helpful supportive by offering a free room upgrade. At the end of the stay he generously allowed late check out as our bus was in the afternoon. Spacious room, very clean, very active house keeping, always smiling. 3 pools were ok. The beach is rocky, shallow and you can enjoy standing snorkeling with a large variety of colorful fishes. For professional swimmers and divers, you can enjoy deep water from the marina, unfortunately the weather was windy and it was restricted most of times. Other option to go to an outside beach which was simply magnificent, gradually descending shore where you find a larger quantities of fishes to explore. Mr. Usama -one of the managers- who offered gently a free ride to the outside beach. Food quality was superior, yet limited options but still you can choose what you like. Restaurant staff are so decent and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back again.

    Hotel is okay for the price you pay. They even have coca cola and Has water. Eva and animation team are making time here fun for us. Also book trips with locals.

    The room was really clean and the beds and cushions were really comfortable. I cannot stop talking of how amazing the food was. It was so good and none of us had any complaints. They cook something different every day and in the evening they fire up the grill. There’s a big selection so you’ll always find something to eat. The beach is so near and beautiful. If you walk further out there’s a riff and you can rent a mask for the day and watch all the colorful fish swim along it. Everything that has to be paid additional (like smoking shisha, renting a mask etc.) is really cheap (3-4 euros). The staff is also really polite and helpful. They always make you feel welcome and appreciated. The animators are also nice and welcoming. This hotel has so much to offer and when I visit egypt from now on, i will be staying at this hotel.
