Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 539 rooms and 5 junior suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 5 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. In addition, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a waterslide offer the perfect way to unwind. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site bocce. For a fee, tennis is also available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy snorkelling and diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include Ayurveda treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 4 non-smoking restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Gluten-free meals, organic food, halal food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Predatory Medical Charges Facilitated by Management

    I am writing this to warn future guests. While the hotel itself is satisfactory and the frontline staff work very hard to provide a good service, the management is complicit in facilitating predatory practices by the on-site "resort doctor."I sought urgent help for back pain a few hours prior to my flight in february. I was charged an outrageous €1,395 by Health Partners for just two injections and a vitamin drip.It is deeply disappointing that the hotel management allows these predatory medical practices to operate on their premises. Enjoy the hotel, but avoid the resort doctor at all costs. You will be overcharged significantly, if they get the chance.

    I recently visited Jaz Grand Marsa. I had the best experience ever.Each day we was greeted by Lucy, Karim, Maro, Daniela, Firmino, Michelle, Ahmed from the animation team who was fantastic.They offered a range of activities such as darts, stretching, boccia, water polo, aqua gym, ping pong and dance lessons most days.The service was also vary caring and attentive to anything we want. Will return 100%

    We had a great time at the JAZ Marsa.The hotel was amazing.It was the staff that made our holiday. Special shout out to the Animation Team Karin, Lucy, Mario, Michelle, Daniela, Islem and Firmino. They worked so hard in all of the activities , and we had so much fun.They made our holiday full of memories. Will def return again..Activities that we took part in were water polo, aqua gym, boccia, darts and shuffle board.
