Facility

The resort has 218 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The dining area includes a restaurant and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. The resort offers a wide range of catering options. Full board and all-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     I want to start by saying that I have visited Egypt around 15 times, and I usually stay in 5-star hotels. This time, I was honestly a bit worried about choosing a 4-star hotel but I can say now that I was completely, pleasantly surprised.First of all, the attitude of the entire hotel staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. They genuinely care about the guests, constantly improving both the experience and the mood of your stay. I’m sincerely grateful to every single person working here. The level of service honestly feels like a 5-star hotel, and in many ways, it’s even better than some of the 5-star places I’ve stayed at before.I would also like to give special thanks to the kitchen team and Abdel Latif. He was always kind, open, and happy to answer all my questions about the dishes. What impressed me most was how personally involved he is making sure that every guest enjoys the food and feels satisfied. He also showed genuine interest in my national cuisine, asking about dishes that could be introduced in the hotel, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch.The food here is absolutely outstanding. The quality, variety, and especially the amount of seafood are beyond anything I’ve experienced in most hotels.I am truly happy that I chose this place.     I am visiting this hotel from October 2020 and I am very satisfied.Small hotel in Madinat Coraya, very close to airport (5 km),simple, but comfortable rooms with minibar,TV,aircondition,shower, toilet,terase.House keeping every day,also changing beach towels.Food AI Inc.,very tasty And big selection.Bar in lobby,pool bar,beach bar.Three pools, one of them Is heated.Beach near the hotel,two lagoons and marina for snorkel and dive.(Diving centre in hotel area).Trips and taxi possible in lobby. Many shops and ATM also in lobby.Massage, beauty salon and sauna extra charged, but phantastic. Animation team And kids club seven days in week. Staff very helpful and friendly. Romantic dinner ala carte offered.(extra paid).Perfect holiday for all.     I stayed at this hotel for a week, and what can I say — everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to every need, and the level of cleanliness and organization was impeccable.What truly made a lasting impression on me, however, was Abdel Latief Said (Executive Sous Chef). I explained my dietary requirements (gluten-free), and for the entire week he personally took care of ensuring I had exactly what I needed, safely prepared and free from any cross-contamination.He even asked me at both lunch and dinner what I would prefer to eat. Simply the best!

    Amazing food and amazing chef Abd Ellateif Elgndy and his great team. We all enjoyed it very much. The food was very tasty and every day there was something different. I was especially excited that an Egyptian specialty was also served every day. Incredibly good soup molokhia, koshari, feteer. And I can't forget to mention the head pastry chef Ahmed Mohamed Fawzy, his amazing cakes, yum. I definitely highly recommend the hotel for that.
