    For the 4th time we returned to Pickalbatros Sands in Port Ghalib and that already says it all. This hotel remains the perfect place for us to truly relax and enjoy.The food is delicious and varied every single day, there is always something for everyone. The aqua park is a huge plus, super fun for both young and old and you never get bored of it.What made our stay extra special this time was the amazing service from Sayed, the lifeguard, and his entire team. They were always ready to help, incredibly friendly, and truly made our stay even better.The rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Everything here is just right. From service to facilities, it is complete.There is a reason we keep coming back for the fourth time. It really feels like coming home. Highly recommended!     Everything has been fantastic. We are currently staying at Pickalbatros Sands Port Ghalib and today is our last day: we’ve spent eight truly enjoyable days here… and time has flown by!We are a group of 8 people and we’ve all had a great experience. The hotel is well maintained and welcoming, with a very relaxing atmosphere. There’s truly the possibility to dine in several buffet restaurants, offering a wide and varied selection every evening — perfect even for larger groups like ours.The beaches are beautiful and well organized, with excellent towel service and bars conveniently located everywhere. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for relaxing or snorkeling.The pools are well kept, drinks are decent, and the sunset walks make everything even more special.Overall, a very positive experience for all of us. Today we’re enjoying our last day of sunshine before heading home… but it’s definitely a place we would happily return to!     Our stay at Pickalbatros Oasis in Marsa Alam was very enjoyable. Special thanks to the animation team, who took great care of the guests every day and created a fantastic atmosphere.     I stayed at the hotel in October. It was my sixth time there. Over the past three years, I can only say that it's getting better. I like this hotel more and more each year. The hotel staff, starting with the reception, then the room cleaners, the beach and pool staff, the restaurant staff, the chefs (the food is delicious), and finally, the delicious drinks in the lobby. On top of all this, the customer service manager oversees customer satisfaction, and you can even reach out to her with any concerns you might have. It's clean, everyone is smiling even after a long day at work, always cheerful and helpful. You feel like a KING at this hotel. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to such a fantastic vacation I had.
