We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the hotel has a large, beautiful area to explore. The entertainment and activities were also very interesting and enjoyable. We will definitely come back! Wonderful hotel, super friendly staff, great food especially in Souk El Hana, great reef around the jetties, and just really nice stay for family. Kids LOOOOOOVED it! Our stay at Pickalbatros Sands in Marsa Alam was absolutely amazing! We are extremely happy with every aspect of our holiday and would definitely love to come back. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. The pools, beach, and all the hotel facilities were excellent and made our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable.A special thank you goes to the animation team, who organized fantastic activities every day and created a fun and lively atmosphere. We would especially like to thank Gabi, who is an outstanding animator. She is full of energy, always smiling, and made every day exciting and unforgettable. It is a large, well-maintained hotel located near the airport and just a 10-minute walk from the Port Ghalib promenade. There is a pretty cool water park right outside the reception area. A major plus is the staff—bartenders, waiters, and cleaners—who are very friendly, hardworking, and helpful. The guests are 99% Polish, and the staff speaks and understands Polish. The reef accessible from the hotel jetty is beautiful, colorful, and vibrant, though the jetty is often closed, so you have to try your luck in the morning. Downsides: the pool is very small for such a large number of guests, and there is a constant battle for sun loungers; there is also a large saltwater lagoon pool, but no one uses it. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach and few people there, but there is nowhere to swim as there is no entry point into the water—it is all reef and rock. As for the food—I am not a picky eater, but after 11 days, it became very monotonous and repetitive; there was a lot of poultry, little fruit (no watermelon), fresh-squeezed juices were available at breakfast. Overall, I rate the hotel highly; despite minor shortcomings, it maintains a high standard of service.
