    Booked holiday in Sept 2025 with flash holidays only to get there approximately 11.30pm Jan 20th 2026 to find hotel was closed down and had been for many many months! Had to find alternative accommodation, as couldn't get hold of our travel company who were part of Travelopedia Ltd. Please check your booking, as wouldn't want anyone to go through the stress we did.

    I saw a review a few days ago saying this hotel is closed so I called my holiday provider. But I actually got hold of their WhatsApp number and they have confirmed its permanently closed and my holiday provider has not even told me yet WARNING IF YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH THEM FOR ANY UPCOMING TRIP CALL YOUR HOLIDAY PROVIDER AND TELL THEM ITS CLOSED

    Booked this hotel about 3 weeks ago and turned up to this hotel to find it has been closed for a year. At present it's after midnight and we have no where to sleep.

    I recently stayed at Amar Sinai Hotel, and I’m very disappointed with my experience. The treatment from staff was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory. I felt that I was treated poorly and resisted in my requests due to my race, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay.In addition, a friend in our group had issues with her room where the water didn’t work, leading to considerable inconvenience. We also encountered snakes on the property and noticed several cleanliness issues around the hotel. To make matters worse, we suffered from food poisoning after dining at the hotel, which significantly impacted our trip.Experiences like this are truly disheartening and should not be part of anyone’s travel experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.This version communicates the issues clearly, including the serious concern of discrimination. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like added.

    I have had the misfortune of having to stay at the hovel for 6 months. I wouldn't have even stayed 2days. The food is not fit for a dog. Warm enough for bacteria to grow. Many days without water or electricity.the swimming pool doesn't have a filter system so every morning they throw chemicals in. The staff are fantastic but as for this hovel it should be closed down. There are many more I could tell you about the best thing there is the exit. I wouldn't recommend it to you
