  We went there after reserving by the phone .. the receptionist was too rude and unprofessional, he didn't even allow the security on the external security gate to let us in !!!!!!!When we called the same number we made reservation on they had no clue about the reservation!!!! I don't recommend it at all

  Go here if you want to ruin your holiday. Swimming pool was full of dead insects, found a lizard and a red ant. The surroundings of the pool were disgusting. I found lumps of poo whilst walking around the pool. The Lounge AC wasn't working 4 days in to our stay (we stayed there for 11 nights) and when we told management, they came to fix it 5 hours before we left. We were told it was "ant season" and so we shouldn't be surprised if we saw one or two ants here or there. The next morning our bathtub was full of ants and flys and cockroaches. The sink and also the bottom of the toilet. When we contacted management, we got no answer. There were also no locks on the toilet doors, when we pointed it out to the owner Adham, he said he would send a technician the next day to fix it. He never came. The sliding doors on the cupboard in one of the rooms was broken and was therefore difficult for us to use. The double bed we received, was broken and when we told Adham he again said I will send for a new bed, he never came and two of us had to sleep on the sofa for 11 nights, 7 of those with no AC in 40 degrees heat. The "kitchen" (I wouldn't even call it that) was so small that I would be difficult for more than one person to stand there. When we opened the cupboards and draws we found cutlery with dust all over which shows that they weren't cleaned for us before we came. The TV was not working for 5 days and when we asked security to ring Adham he instead rang one of his friends who came to fix that and also the light in one of the bathrooms as the bulb went out. The water and the electricity went out one day for about 8 hours and it was during the night therefore it was pitch black. When we complained to the management about all this he kept saying he will send someone to fix it, however no one came. When we checked out, we asked for some money back because of our horrendous experience and instead of an apology or a refund, instead they laughed in our faces. When I asked where Adham was, i was told "he's on holiday, out of the country". I beg you please do not book this apartment, unless you want to ruin your holiday and also waste your money and time.

  Most comfortable apartments i ever rented

  We booked this apartment during feast, we had to call 1 day prior to arrival to arrange for key pick up, we were amazed with how efficient and professional the owner was, waiting for us on time, checked us in, made sure we have what we need for our stay, apartments very clean, quiet area and location is basically the best asset this place has, its walking distance to every where, beach, shopping mercato, we even got help finding best rates for diving centres and safari excursions at no extra cost....will visit again !
