    Haunted House

    Haunted House will bad smell everywhere. Broken sockets broken tables broken W.C broken taps broken soap dispensers. I would suggest to sleep in the car rather than wasting money on this horrible place. Rooms are over priced with no facilities at all . No heaters . Dirty towels smelly rooms. Smelly lobby. Smelly dining areas. Its just terrible

    has to be last option to book if no other hotels are available. the rooms are big and spacious thats the only good part. now the bad parts.1) bath rooms dont have locks in many rooms.2) no hot water available.3) NO INTERCOMS TO CALL THE RECEIPTION OR ANY BODY HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE RECEIPTION FOR ANY REQUIREMENT.4) food dont need to write anything. 5 the receiption smells of smoke

    This hotel will haunt me in my dreams. It will be a miracle if my girlfriend does not break up with me after I made her stay here. We stayed with a group to hike St Catherine with a group of about 20. There were mosquitoes in the room. The toilet didn’t flush and it leaked out of the handle. There was a used bar of soap in our shower with stray pubes on it. Our friend had multiple cockroaches in his room. And the food made many of us sick. Some of us chose to sleep on the tour bus instead of spending another minute in our rooms. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

    The hotel facilities, lobby, restaurant and especially the rooms are in drastic dirty condition certainly unfit to receive guests. Accordingly to the hotel manager they have been closed for almost 2 years due to Covid 19 which resulted in no business, however this is no excuse for the shameful condition the property is in.This hotel should be completely shut down, fully renovated, before being licensed to receive guests.

    The best part of this hotel stay was dinner with the Bedouins!

    This was part of our tour with American Israel Tour group. We arrived with a group of 21, to st. Catharines for dinner with the Bedouins followed by a late night/early morning hike to view sunrise on the top of Mount Sinai. This was a day 4 in Egypt for us on our tour.The hotel has seen better days. My experience was only taking a 2 hr nap after dinner/dancing w/the Bedouins, prior to riding a camel for sunrise at Mt.Sinai.The experience with the amazing Bedouins was one I'll never forget! The meal was one of the best of my 15 day trip thru Egypt, Jordan and Israel! The Bedouin bread is like the flour tortillas from home, in Texas! They are pizza sized, cooked over a wood burning fire by a very handsome Bedouin! Entertainment during and after dinner was drums and dancing by the men! The cultural experience was my favorite of the entire trip! Warning: there are cats. Lots of cats. But im an animal lover so I just shoo'd them away. If u get the opportunity, definitely do the dinner. If they have the organic spaghetti sauce, try it. If u enjoy a little heat, add the pureed red peppers! Delicious!
