Facility

The resort has a lift and features 324 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

    Fantastic holiday experience at Cleopatra Luxury Resort

    Where do I start? Lovely hotel. Warm friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Large, spacious room with mirror and plug socket in sensible place so you can style your hair without being a contortionist. Decent size bathroom with powerful shower. Any problem and the reception staff are only too happy to sort out (and very promptly too). There are cash machines on site so no need to find a bank or bureau. Changing money in Egypt rather than Uk gets you a slightly better rate. Public areas very clean. The toilets were cleaned constantly and to a very high standard - spacious washroom with a huge tv screen and air-conditioning. Good quality and selection of food from several different restaurants. Main restaurant buffet style with plenty of choice - different theme nights - delicious beef wellington on British night (Wednesday!!) If you like cake, you're in luck, with a vast choice of delicious mini cakes on offer every day. Wide choice of drinks served by barmen who remember your drink order from previous evening. Chauffeur driven buggies if you're feeling too tired/hot to walk to the beach or beach restaurant (serving pizza, pasta, kebabs and huge burgers) Plenty of sunloungers and parasols on the beach. You can even walk down the pier and then jump into the sea to snorkel, lifeguard there ready to assist you back up the ladder. Pools and surrounding area spotlessly clean. The lifeguard at the pool we favoured only to happy to help put up parasols - they need a bit of strength!! And finally a mention to Younan (Jon) the barman at the pool. Friendly and very patient with our appalling attempts to order in Egyptian (at least we had a try!) - even encouraged us by teaching us new words every day. Already saving for our next trip.     Best Hotel Ever!

    We have now found our forever hotel!!!!This is our 5th time of holidaying in Egypt. This is our second time of staying at the amazing Cleopatra Luxury Resort and we have also stayed at the Cleopatra Adults Only. Myself and my husband are extensively travelled to every continent. We have never been so well greeted and treated as we have at this wonderful Resort. Everywhere is easily accessible on foot, whereas some Resorts are just too large! From the the moment we arrived to check in, we were greeted by staff that had remembered us from our previous stay and that made us feel so special - "Welcome Home" they said - Priceless! Our room 2512 was looked after in a pristine condition every day by the outstanding and friendly Ali, he always has a smile on his face and it was lovely that he shared that he and his wife are expecting a baby in October. We mainly stayed around the infinity pool where we were superbly looked after by the lovely and extremely efficient pool man that put our towels on our sunbeds for us. The lovely hard working man that brought us drinks during the day - big shout out to them both. Also the swim up bar staff are friendly and so welcoming - serving incredible cocktails. Big shout out to everyone in all of the restaurants - the food is hot and delicious, a variety to suit every palate! Massive shout out to Ahmed in the buffet restaurant and also Mo who always wears green clothes - they both deliver exceptional service with humour - they warmly welcomed us and they always put a smile on our faces and made the evening meal something to look forward to. They are great assets to your hotel. Massive shout out to our lovely host who treated everyone like royalty - we remembered him from our previous stay as did he!(Sadly I forgot his name but he wears glasses and is high up in his role. A first class gentleman who really understands how to deliver a first class customer dinning experience. Honestly, the staff cannot do enough for you and do it with a genuine smile, this enhances your holiday experience and makes it truly memorable. It was with a very heavy heart that our holiday had come to an end, but we know that we will be returning later in the year and I cannot wait! Cleopatra Luxury Resort - best hotel we have ever stayed at bar none! Including Hawaii, Los Angeles, Mexico, Australia, Caribbean - You have got this right on every level. Cannot wait to be with you all again later this year.
