  ANOTHER FANTASTIC HOLIDAY 10/10

  Returning guests to this fabulous hotel over many years now.It's our 2nd home now with our fabulous Egyptian family/friends. A 3 week stay this time. Its the fantastic friendly management and staff that truly make this hotel so special. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is great with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants/metro/chemist on its doorstep and your safety is their priority in and out of the hotel. The immaculate gardens, the choice of 2 pools + waterpark, beach and jetty means that even when hotel is high capacity, always somewhere spacious to sit and enjoy everything there is to offer.Such a variety of food too, something to suit everyone. Main buffet restaurant offers up a huge variety of breakfast items, lunchtime hot/cold/salads/fruit/desserts and a difference theme every night...introduced 2 new themes now of seafood and Mexican. A la cartes Asian & Italian can be booked during your stay as part of a/I and Stone Grill/Indian too with £5ph charge 50% off drinks. Both well worth a visit. Waterpark serves snacks/drinks and afternoon tea late pm In Asian restaurant based in waterpark. The food court (mermaid) near beach is our favourite for freshly cooked variety of snacks, drinks & ice cream.They now offer a candlelight romantic dinner on beach for that very special occasion. Coffee corner off reception serves a great variety of drinks, iced coffee, tea, cocktails etc and at midnight lay out a few rolls, cakes etc.Beach bar. Volley ball court, boules pitch. Shaded area for ping pong table.There is a lovely fitted out adult only bar off reception for a quiet drink/catchup with friends. A TV room, games room, football court, children's play area, kids club. 24hr room service. Plenty btld water left in your room by cleaner. Fresh room/beach towels supplied.Rooms are very clean, spacious and cleaners do an excellent job.The life guards do an amazing job and guest safety/enjoyment is their priority.Restaurant managers, chefs, Waiters and barmen love to please you and always service with a smile.Nightly entertainment, wkly foam party on beach and white party/fire show.Animation work very hard to keep us all entertained around the pool every day, with a variety of activities. Incl kids/adult Olympics, darts, stretch, aqua aerobics etc NASSER (Chief animation) was excellent with both adults & children with his friendly banter and big smile, so funny. Big shout out also to TIA, such an asset to the team, lovely girl, especially with the darts sessions. So friendly and happy. Added bonus are the Gym and spa facilities too.Ellie - Guest Relations, beautiful girl friendly and always on hand to answer any questions, helps with organising any special celebration etc. Nothing too much trouble, always with a smile.Too many staff to name personally as they all do such a fantastic job.So many returning guests to this hotel says it all.....another fabulous holiday, can't wait to return again soon.....!!   Better every time

  Returning guests to this hotel and this is our third visit here. We had the best time possible, the animation team have improved hugely since we last came, Tia and Marta are an absolute credit to the hotel, i went to the disco with them most nights and they made me feel incredibly safe and we had a great laugh. The animation team can’t do enough for you, they played any extra games that we wanted to do and we also get involved in the activities they was doing, they are so friendly, professional and make you feel special and made you feel like nothing was ever too much. The bar staff was so quick with our drinks every time and we always laughed and joked around with them. Cleaners kept our rooms spotless and came daily.We have no faults for this hotel, all the staff are incredible and so polite. We will definitely be back for our forth visit soon👏🏼⭐️

  Our 3rd visit to Coral Sea Water world!

  This was our 3rd visit to Coral Sea Waterworld and honestly, we’re so glad we came back again. Returning to the same hotel multiple times says a lot in itself, but this visit genuinely reminded us why we keep choosing to return. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive and the staff really do make such a huge difference to the overall experience.Straight away on arrival, Hossam and Mustafa made us feel welcome by taking care of our luggage and delivering it to our room quickly with a smile. They also collected it for us at the end of our stay which is such a nice finishing touch to your holiday. It might sound like a small thing, but not having to drag heavy suitcases around when you’re tired or leaving for the airport really does make the experience feel more relaxing and organised.Ahmed Shawky at reception was also brilliant — always friendly, approachable and happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.A huge mention has to go to Ellie in guest relations because she is genuinely one of the best guest relations staff members we’ve ever come across in any hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she goes so far above and beyond for guests. Whether it’s answering questions, helping solve issues, checking in to make sure everything is okay, or simply taking time to speak to people properly, she puts so much effort into making guests feel looked after and valued. You can tell she genuinely cares about people enjoying their holiday and it makes such a difference. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and the level of customer care from Ellie is honestly far better than what we’ve experienced elsewhere. She’s a real credit to the hotel.The animation team has definitely improved since our first visit and this year they really stood out. Every member of the team was friendly, energetic and made a big effort to include everyone without being pushy. Special mentions to Nasser and Tia who were especially entertaining and always took time to chat and make people feel involved.One of our favourite evenings was going to Hard Rock Cafe with the animation team for karaoke night. We had such a fun evening singing, laughing and enjoying the atmosphere. What stood out most though was how attentive the team still were even outside of the hotel — they kept checking we were okay, making sure we’d eaten, had drinks and were enjoying ourselves. It was really nice to experience that same level of hospitality outside the hotel environment too and it genuinely felt like they cared that everyone had a good night.The pool staff also deserve recognition because they work incredibly hard. The lifeguards are very thorough and constantly alert, always keeping their eyes peeled and making sure everyone is safe. Especially at a busy family hotel, it was reassuring to see how seriously they take their jobs.Osama and George at the bar were amazing throughout the holiday. Their customer service is exceptional and they always remembered our drinks, even when the bar was busy! They’re constantly smiling, working hard and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. Staff like them really make people want to come back year after year.One thing some people may mention is the spa and excursion sellers who come around the sunbeds during the day. Yes, it can occasionally feel a little repetitive if you’re trying to fully relax, but at the end of the day they’re simply doing their jobs and trying to earn a living. When you consider that average wages can be equivalent to around £100 a month, it really puts things into perspective. Honestly, if I was in the same position trying to support myself or my family, I’d probably be doing exactly the same thing. A polite “no thank you” is always respected and they move on.Overall, we’ve had another fantastic stay and made more lovely memories here. The staff are what truly make this hotel special and it’s clear how hard everyone works to make guests happy. Thank you again to everyone at Coral Sea Waterworld — we already can’t wait to come back for visit number 4!

  Great hotel

  It was our first time in Egypt. We made a right decision to choose this hotel. After tiring flight, friendly receptionist Mohamed warmly welcomed us, who speaks Russian very well, gave us a room with beautiful view. Room is clean. We liked restaurant, food, service. Waiters are helpful and polite. Especially Mohmed sabry, Ibrahim bakery and other guys(unfortunately, I forgot their names). Sea is amazing. We really enjoyed the beach and beach service(lifeguards👍). Hassan(beach bar) made cool cocktails for us every day. Last day receptionists Mohamed and Ibrahim helped us to check out. We’ll highly recommend this hotel for our friends. Thank you!

  My kids enjoyed their holiday and thats the main thing.

  For kids its good, but not great. All in all a decent holiday. The beach is stunning and the weather was perfect. Prime location for shopping. Wait, cleaning and landscaping staff were all lovely and so hardworking.Rooms: spacious and clean, but the mattress is terrible. Its so hard. My daughter and I struggled to sleep. I often woke up stiffSuggestion: Mattress toppers and mosquito repellent in the room. I was bitten mercilessly.Food and drinks: Great. Dinner was my favourite. Something for everyone. You will not go hungry.Pool/water park: There are opening times for the water park and not all slides are open at one time. Contradicting information from the life guards also. One told my daughter she couldn't access a certain Pool as it was for larger families 🫤 a second told her she could not be in the wave Pool without an adult. Again not the case as she had gone in days before. Sales and animation team: On about day 4 the sales team definitely upped the pressure to book a spa treatment. It got to much and quite uncomfortable. No means no and they should respect that. The animation team were great with the kids, they wanted me to get involved in things but I wasn't interested. Some pressure was also applied here which I didn't like. I had to explain time and time again that the trip was for my kids and I just wanted to relax. Kids club was great. Small but great. At times my 2 kids were the only kids there, but they really liked it.Again decent for kids, but adult be prepared to be a little bored as the entertainment in the evenings is mostly aimed at children which is fine.
