  Invidia Coral Beach Tiran Hotel overall was ok but lacks some 5* qualities of other true 5* Egyptian hotel. Check in was easy reception chap was friendly. We were upgraded as it was our 40th wedding anniversary and very much appreciated, thank you ?? Room 3136 I would not return to Invidia hotel only because of the extra money charge at reception check out. We are a mature couple in our 60s and would pay if we had damaged anything.I don't think reception should not have mentioned the a dirty shower mat in the first place, it goes away for washing, or it should? It was a very embarrassing end to our holiday at Invidia Coral beach Sharm el Sheikh being accused of damaging property in front of other guests. Here’s What Happened Housekeeping.Stop using your cleaning time doing towel art and spend more time actually cleaning the rooms please! Embarrassed at check out. Our house keeper said we damaged a bath floor mat, really ?? We could not understand this, reception man eventually showed us a photo of the mat, it was a bit dirty from my bare feet from my dirty room floor and a small spot of my shower gel on it. NO RIPS OR TEARS It was dirty because the room floors are not mopped/washed only brushed SOMETIMES in eleven days and the mat had not been changed for several days before we left, it got flipped daily . To be honest I don’t mind this, bath mats or towels don’t need changing every day, But I do mind being Falsely Accused of damaging hotel property and being charged extra money! The room floors should be washed daily so many people use these rooms and we are barefooted at times. The mini fridge is only replenishing once on your stay with two of beer, cola, 7up and carton of orange juice etc whether you are staying one or two weeks. You will receive 3 bottles of was water daily For an 5* all inclusive hotel they only stock the fridge once on 11 day break ?? if you want a mixer for a drink ?? then you need to buy it or carry a small cup full from the closest bar.The good stuff, Majority of the staff are very friendly, mostly young boys/men they all like to laugh. The food in the buffet is fine. You get ?? chips and ice cream all day not on the same plate. You will not go hungry. A big shout to Basem and his staff at the Italian restaurant Basem is very helpful and professional. I have worked in hospitality and I know how difficult it can be. Basem is an asset to your hotel, he runs his restaurant extremely well and treats his staff with respect. The food was delicious. Asian restaurant, show cooking. We had a blast ?? even with our language barrier so nice ?? The Turkish restaurant was just ok. Tipping is not expected but I feel it is only polite I heavily tip when service is good even to landscaping team they work so hard. Reception and Buffet restaurant is at the top of a steep hill there are so many hills and steps to climb from the beach to the top if you have walking difficulty maybe this hotel is not for you ??

  Everything at the hotel was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They handled every issue with great care and attention to detail.A special thanks to Rayan at reception, Kerellos the bartender, and Mohammed from housekeeping.   We loved everything about Invidia coral beach tiran, from the welcoming reception to the entire staff and services. The food was excellent, and the location was great—conveniently close to the airport, clean and spacious rooms.The massage staff was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the session.My daughter really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely recommend it.   Perfect Stay at Invidia Coral Beach Tiran*My stay at Invidia Coral Beach Tiran was exceptional. The room condition was absolutely perfect - spotless, fresh, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained.Special thanks to the housekeeping team, their service was truly outstanding. Daily cleaning was thorough, linens were fresh, and they paid attention to every small detail.
