  Another Fantastic Stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay!This was our second stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the incredible staff, who are without a doubt one of the hotel’s greatest assets. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and their hard work genuinely makes your holiday even more enjoyable.The all inclusive package is excellent, with drinks available throughout the day from the various bars and the pool bar, as well as ice cream whenever you fancy a treat. There are plenty of sun loungers available around the pool, so there is no need to reserve them. The hotel has a policy against saving loungers, and towels left unattended are removed by security, which keeps things fair for everyone and is something we really appreciated.The food was fantastic throughout our stay. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always a great selection of fresh and tasty options available. Although we chose to eat out a couple of evenings, we could easily have enjoyed every meal at the hotel thanks to the variety on offer.We were also pleased to see some great improvements since our visit last year, including Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the introduction of key card room access. These upgrades have made an already great hotel even better.Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, and there are plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! A huge thank you to everyone at Jaz Neo Naama Bay for making our holiday so memorable. The outstanding service, fantastic facilities, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere are exactly why we returned for a second visit and why we’ll be coming back again. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Thank you for another unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to see you again next year!   Amazing Stuff and hotel.

  It was an amazing stay at Jaz Neo, staff are all amazing, friendly and so helpful. Rooms and pool are clean and nice, the shuttle is also always on time. Just two hints: 1- room toilet is a bit old and small, 2-pool party could start a little bit later that we can sleep longer😅.   We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight. Check in was quick and easy, nice touch of a cold juice on arrival. We had a platter of sandwiches and snacks brought to our room which was most appreciated. We had an updraded garden view room, room itself was fine but no view sadly just of a wall.Meals were always good, plenty of choice. Great to see the chef checking in on guests and he invited us to have a special complimentary meal. I had steak my husband had seafood and it was very tasty. The waiters work extremely hard, but ensured we always had a table and our drinks were filled.Pool area is lovely although small. Need to save a bed by 7am else you won't get one. Lifeguards friendly and helpful. Pool bar was great, Ahmed works so hard and you only had to start heading to the bar and your drinks were ready.Area around the pool is very slippery despite it being mopped regularly, so take care.We only got the shuttle to the beach once and it wasn't a good experience. Sadly not all nations queue like us Brits and it was lots of pushing and bad manners to get on the bus. Not enough seats for everyone so I would suggest a booking system so they know how many want to go.Our room was cleaned daily, lovely towel art, clean bedding too.Biggest shout out is to the gardeners I have never seen such well kept and beautiful gardens, every single patch was perfection. They really work so hard in the heat.Only negatives are some of the nationalities staying are rude, have no manners, but that's no reflection on the hotel. Just be prepared especially in the dining room for pushing in, taking plates of food then either leaving it or putting it in handbags and taking it away.I would definitely stay again.   Amazing Stay, Cant Wait to return....

  We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jaz Neo in Naama Bay. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive, with friendly staff who are always happy to help and make guests feel comfortable.The location is excellent, especially for anyone wanting to enjoy Naama Bay. It is convenient for the beach, shops, restaurants, and evening walks, while still feeling relaxed and comfortable when you return to the hotel.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and the hotel areas were tidy and nicely maintained.The food was very enjoyable, with a good variety of options and fresh dishes available. The staff in the restaurant were polite, attentive, and worked hard to make every meal a good experience, massive shoutout to the Restuarant Mananger and his incredible team who made the experience very special.The Lobby bar has a very GOOD selection of drinks on all inclusive with a really good selection of Cocktails, and again the Lobby Bar staff went above and beyond and we spent most nights in there.The Swim up Pool Bar was well stocked and we had so much fun, MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to Mohammed and Abdul (hopefully spelt correct) who REALLY looked after us well for the whole 14 days we stayed there.The Entertainment team are amazing with an excellent daily program with brilliant evening shows and Alessia - The Entertainment Manager and Chloe looked after us, Thank you for that.We also went twice to 'Hard Rock Cafe' with Alessia and was amazing value for money and sooo much fun.Overall, Hotel Jaz Neo is a great choice for anyone visiting Naama Bay. It offers good service, a great location, comfortable accommodation, and a friendly team.
