This hotel is centrally located on Naama Bay, in the centre of Sharm El Sheikh. It is only separated from the Hilton Fayrouz Resort beach by a road. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are to be found nearby.

Guests have a choice of 394 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests can park their cars in the garage (no extra charge) or the car park (no extra charge), subject to availability. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

The standard features of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. A safe and, for a fee, a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available for daily use. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers beach volleyball (no extra charge). With water aerobics or, for a fee, windsurfing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including darts, yoga, callisthenics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a Cleopatra bath, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer a spa, a sauna, beauty salon and Cleopatra bath. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

The dining area includes a lobby bar. Catering is provided by an à-la-carte restaurant with air conditioning (for non-smokers). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch (as a buffet) and dinner (a buffet, à la carte and a set menu) offer something for everyone. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request.

    Everywhere was nice and cool inside. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help including driving me to my room. A particular highlight was that staff left a piece of birthday cake in my room, which I really appreciated it.     I had a fantastic experience at Jaz Dreams. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the entire hotel, and every area was well maintained.The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. There was something for everyone, and the restaurant staff provided great service throughout our stay.The swimming pools were clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing or having fun during the day.     There are so many wonderful things I've seen here, starting with the friendly reception and the room with an amazing pool view. The housekeeping always keeps the room clean, spotless with lovely towels, and the pool is huge. The entertainment team is always there with lots of activities and parties. The food is fantastic and varied, with different dishes every day. The kids' club is very friendly, and even the children's parties were entertaining and the kids had a great time. The evening shows were always amazing, whether dancing or singing. The funniest thing was the competitions held in the theater; they were hilarious and very entertaining. In short, this is one of the best hotels you can visit, and it's great value for money.
