This beach resort is located in Nabq, 10 km from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, overlooking Tiran Island in the breath taking Sharm El Sheikh

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 362 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Most units have a sea view. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower.

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The resort offers a range of outdoor sport, including bocce, beach volleyball and paddle tennis or, for a fee, tennis and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and water aerobics or, for a fee, diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include 5 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the animation team — they were absolutely fantastic!     Forced to Pay Extra During Check-in Despite Confirmed Booking

    I had a very disappointing experience at Albatros Laguna Vista Resort in Sharm El Sheikh.I arrived with a confirmed and fully paid booking through Almosafer for 7 days / 6 nights. However, during check-in, I was informed by the reception staff that there was an issue with the reservation and that I had to pay an additional $645, otherwise I would not be allowed to check in.I explained that this issue was not caused by me and asked them to resolve it directly with the booking provider, but I was still pressured to pay in order to check in. Since I was traveling with my family and children after a long journey, I had no real choice but to pay the amount.The situation was handled by reception staff named Hussein and Mostafa. Unfortunately, the way the issue was managed lacked professionalism and created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our vacation.To be fair, Almosafer later refunded the additional amount and provided compensation after multiple follow-ups. However, the overall experience with the hotel check-in process was stressful and disappointing.I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves how similar situations are handled in the future.     Great spacious hotel nice pool nice beach area looks good at night also . I liked it . Few issues I had was every time I left tsomething on my beach chair ie my roll up from UK full it was never handed in I was last one of beach as well so clearly seats was cleared by staff and my Gucci sunglasses real ones not fake the following day . I blame myself for being so slack but I feel in this place if you lose something your never get it back ..lost and found said if they find it they bring it to my room . But I realized he didn't know what room I was in so was just waffling .la carte restaurant you don't even get to pick your food they just bring something started and main .     A Hotel That Felt Like Home

    My stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel was honestly one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the kindest people everyone was so sweet, caring, and always happy to stop for a conversation. It never felt like I was just staying at a hotel it truly felt like a second home.The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel peaceful and magical. Waking up every morning to the beautiful scenery and watching everything light up at night is something I’ll genuinely miss.What made this place unforgettable for me though were the people. My everyday catch-up conversations with Qaram and Kareem became one of the best parts of my days, and I already know I’m going to miss them . It even got to the point where Qaram already knew my drink order before I even asked those little things made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They made me feel welcomed in a way that’s hard to explain.On my last night, I met the lovely Omr, and I honestly wish we had met sooner. He felt like a friend from back home instantly. We had some issues taking cash out, and without hesitation he was there helping and making sure everything was okay. And the food genuinely 10/10 every single day. Everything was fresh &delicious

    This was our first and definitely unforgettable stay in Egypt. The hotel was wonderful and so was the staff. Animators Omar, Momo, Ibra and Cristina made sure we weren't bored and gave us a lot of fun. They were truly irreplaceable!
