Location

Situated in the heart of Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh, this hotel is right on the beach, close to the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 49 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A safe, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Le mirage new tiran sharm el sheikh, Egypt. Booked package through love holidays. Check in date was 02/03/2020. arrived at hotel early hours went to bed. Next day was able to see our room properly. It is in a state of disrepair and completely unsuitable. The bathroom sink is hanging off the wall. All inside the shower is bluntly horrible. Walls are filthy can see residue Mark's all over walls and shower doors. Shower door is also unsafe, popped out of hinges. My pregnant wife was in the shower and the door just fell off hinge. The cleaners have been into our room, and basically just made the beds. Floors aren't being mopped, carpet isn't being hovered, sides aren't being wiped down. All throughout the room (1 room with a double bed, 2 singles, and the sofas all in one room) the walls are absolutely filthy. Curtains barely hung. Door doesn't lock properly or securely. The sofas when you sit on them just fall straight through. Not to mention the filthy stains all over them. The arms are black from build up of filth. The description states that there is a mini bar, it is not a mini bar it is a empty fridge in the room. Also stated that there was room service however there is not. There is no basis facilities within the room like kettle ect. So I cant even make alternative food for my children because I have no means of making anything, no cups, plates, cutlery anything. Then theres the food. My seven year old had severe diarreah we have had to find a local pharmacy and buy medicine for him. Breakfast time there is mash potatoes, some sort of scrambled/ omelette egg. And vegetables and salad. We have a 3 year old with us, a 5 year old and a 7 year old that have not eaten yet properly at our all inclusive holiday due to it not being suitable at all. My wife is pregnant and isn't eating because it is not suitable. Lunch and tea meals are pretty much the same, nothing that children would eat or safe for my pregnant wife to eat. The bar doesn't stock anything other than spirits no normal beer/lager. Says there is 2 restaurants and a cafe but there is not. The pictures of the hotel online are nothing like the reality. No nice swans on beds, definitely not as clean as the pictures neither. There is wifi but not usable. All in all this holiday has cost me almost £2000 and I am having to buy food elsewhere as it's not suitable for us. I'm staying in a room that is not fit for purpose nor any of what I've paid for in the description of the hotel. This is not acceptable. My mum and dad were also with us, on a separate booking, they're room is in the same state as ours is aswell. And they are also not happy with what we are receiving. Love holiday refused to help or change hotels for us just said if we want to move we have to pay our selves if you do book this hotel I highly recommend the McDonalds over the road

    The hotel is really nice, warm atmosphere & calm, food is so good and delicious, rooms clean and gives you a feeling of relaxation, management & staff are very professional, the beach is sandy and nice.

    Great hotel . For all me and my Gf we enjoy our stay really thanks for all the staff member ...barman's and restaurant..and animation team are so funny ..food is delicious.. Location is great ..near to everything ...i will return next year

    me and my wife extend our vacation for more 5 dyes ...in le mirage you can have every thing with low budget with great a serves ...all the staff are really friendly from the reception till the managers ....really no disturbing...I feel like home
