Location

The hotel lies right on the sandy beach of the Naama coast on the Red Sea, close to El Souk, where a large selection of shops and nightlife venues are located, easily reached on foot. El Sheikh airport lies 15 km away.

Facility

The club was renovated in 2022. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 24 bungalows. The following room categories are also available: 12 junior suites, 23 suites, 90 single rooms and 392 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The club has family rooms, 40 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (no extra charge), a waterslide and a pool bar. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy beach volleyball and volleyball. For a fee, tennis is also available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 4 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast from the buffet or à la carte gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte. Lunch is also served as a set menu. Vegetarian dishes will likewise delight guests' palates guests'. For an additional charge, the chefs will also prepare diet meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stayed in the hotel with a friend in April. This was our fifth visit and definitely not the last.We are usually staying in a preferred renovated part of the hotel, as rooms here are new, comfortable and close to the sea. Thanks to reception team for early check-in and accommodation according to our preferences.Hotel is located in Naama center and has very beautiful, clean, well-groomed and green area. From visit to visit it is getting better, every time I notice some small, but visible changes.Food is great as usual. My compliment to Chef. This time I noticed that meat and fish dishes range is even wider than previously. Restaurant staff is always nice and supportive. Red Sea is beautiful. There is perfect large beach with comfortable entrance to the sea and small fenced coral area where snorkeling fans can see different fishes. Recently they renovated umbrellas, so now it is more comfortable. Beach guys are always nice and helpful.Animation - most of the team is unchanged and I was happy to see them again. There are many day activities for everybody - stretching, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, bocce, dancing, foam party twice per week. This time they also added Pink party and flyboard. Evening shows Mr. and Miss hotel, the best couple, white party, different dancing shows and live singers, very professional Michael Jackson show by Tiko. This time there was also great fire show.Boys Tiko, Flash and Ahmet thanks for your energy, smiles and good mood. Girls Yulya and Katya you are the best and always in my heart, miss you 😘My special thanks to our guide Karim, who can resolve any problem.     -clean-heated pool-water slides-in March enough empty sun beds (it might be problem in high season due to sunbed capacity)-cleaned sunbeds every evening-everything max 2-minute walk-delicious meals-perfect wifi in all area-security cameras in all area-well-kept green areasNEGATIVES-non labeled food allergens (I am allergic to nuts and casein)-no offer on other type of alternative milk (oat...)-no ice coffee-limited offer on cocktails-staff don't understand English very well-not professional animation (in the evening only music quiz, karaoke....)-no poster with daily animation programme-no theme events in a restaurant (American dinner, Japanese dinner...)-plastic cup with plastic straw in a plastic cover

    My son and I stayed at the Jolie Ville Resort & Casino from March 18, 2026, to March 28, 2026. The hotel lives up to its five-star rating. We arrived at 9 a.m. and were greeted warmly, given bracelets, and offered breakfast, which had a wide selection of dishes. We checked into a room on the second line of the sports area, which had recently been renovated and was provided with Wi-Fi access. The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp white linens. The grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. The beach is very large, with a sandy exit into the sea, and plenty of sun loungers. The entertainment team was very positive, constantly inviting us to activities and hosting interesting programs. The food was varied and delicious. The dishes were always clean, and the waiters cleared away quickly. The staff were always friendly and offered drinks.We highly recommend this hotel. Would we return? Definitely.     I had such a lovely stay at this hotel — it truly felt like a home away from home. What made it really special was the amazing staff.
