Location

This hotel is located 50 metres from Naama Bay, in the middle of the entertainment and shopping area. It lies surrounded by exceptional dining, nightlife and attractions. Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is 15 km away.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2019. The resort has 388 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 4 swimming pools. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With water aerobics or, for a fee, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Still A Great Location For Naama Bay

    This was our second stay at Naama Bay Hotel and Resort. My first review was published around Jan 2024 which was quite extensive so please refer to that for more info. This review is therefore more of an update to that review.The first difference is that we decided to stay All Inclusive this time rather than the B&B arrangement we had last time. Having said that we hardly ate in the hotel in the evening preferring to go out and sample what was outside. One thing we found out this time was that there is a second restaurant for breakfast and lunch (and I guess dinner) at the top of the hill next to the kids play house - down stairs. We used this quite often as it was more peaceful compared to the main one.We had a 4th floor room this time with a sea view albeit a long way off. The room itself hadn't changed much from the last time however was still comfortable and cleaned regularly. Where the room falls down now it the bathroom. It is very tired - we had to get maintenance out to fix plugs in both the sink and bath on several occasions. The bath also is not safe to get in and out for showering - especially if you are getting on a bit as I am...Another moan was the WiFi - I don't know how many times we were kicked off and had to reinstalled with passwords etc - really annoying.One consistent feature of the hotel however was the staff who I couldn't fault anywhere. You give them a smile and a "thank you" and it makes all the difference. Will we go back for a third time? Difficult to say as you can't fault it's position in Naama Bay however the negative points need to be addressed. If we hear they've updated the bathrooms and have sorted out the WiFi I'm sure we could be tempted but Sharm has a lot to explore and comparisons to be made.     Amazing staff, beautiful hotel!

    We had a wonderful stay at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort (April 2026) and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is in a great location, but what really made our holiday special was the exceptional service from the staff.From the moment we arrived, Ahmed Mohamed on Reception made us feel welcome. He was always professional, friendly and courteous. Every time he remembered our names, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. He is a real credit to the hotel and an excellent example of first-class customer service.Our room was looked after by Ahmed, the Room Porter, who did an amazing job throughout our stay. The room was spotless every day, and he often created beautiful towel displays decorated with fresh flowers. His attention to detail and hard work was so visible, and it was always an exciting experience returning to such a clean and beautifully made up room.In the main restaurant, Bassam Khalid and Feikry provided exceptional service. Although the restaurant is buffet style, they made every meal feel much more personal. They always greeted us, came over to help to seat us, remembered our preferences, helped with drinks and plates, and took the time to ask about our day. We genuinely looked forward to seeing them at breakfast, lunch and dinner! At the lounge bar, Mustfa was fantastic. He was always friendly and welcoming, and became famous with us for his special mocktails, which we called 'Mustfa Mocktails'. He added a personal touch that made every drink even more enjoyable.A special thank you also to Emil Botros for his kindness and professionalism during our stay.Finally, Mahmoud Ahmed from Diving Vision / Tasneem Aqua Sports (the hotel tour desk) was one of the people who really helped make our holiday special. He took the time to sit down with us, listen to what we wanted from our excursions, and understand what we felt comfortable with. Rather than simply trying to sell trips, he genuinely cared about helping us choose the experiences that were right for us. His advice was always honest, and he often suggested ways we could save money, including using local transport where appropriate. Every excursion he recommended was excellent and added so much to our holiday. What impressed us most was the aftercare whenever we returned from a trip, he would come looking for us to ask how it went and make sure everything had met our expectations. His professionalism, honesty and genuine care for guests are a real credit to the hotel.The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. Every member of staff treated us as special and made us feel genuinely welcome (they were happy to see us). Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay super amazing, something we will never ever forget! We would definitely stay here again!     Booked hotel as reviews sounded great.Location spot on, centre to everything.Easy check in, but no food available as we arrived at 10pm, we were hungry, they only do a midnight snack, which by then very tired but needed food, we waited, food wasn't great would rather of had a packet of crisps so only a few mouthfuls consumed.5* definitely not, high 3* to low 4* our room was in main building and very dated nice and spacious though, cleaning not great just the basics( I'll attach photos).Food was nice, but repetitive i saw the same dish 3 times,we were only there 7 days.Lunch at 1pm its a mad rush, we walked around 3 times to get a table, luckily we had salad so nothing getting cold, no wine served in restaurant only at dinner,which tasted disgusting.We found the grill bar nicer and more relaxing as you can sit outside to eat.Sunbeds we're easy to get no rushing in the mornings to put towels on, plenty of them.Staff were very friendly the bar guy up at cliff pool was great, kept us very hydrated 😀 chefs bring food to the bar area at around 3.30pm, music is abit repetitive, lots going on like darts, yoga, water aerobics.We didn't do the beach as only a small area for guests and sunbeds are like sardines so close to each other.Would we go back to hotel...No. Would rather do B&B as so cheap to eat out, cocktails outside hotel arrange from £4, we had a pizza 1 night which was £7.     Stay clear its an absolutely disgusting hotel and easy jet dont care once they have your money

    This hotel doesnt even deserve 1 star absolutely disgusting dirty broken things throughout poor food hygiene staff washed cups in tap water i ended up in hospital and every single one of our family had bad tummy's from poor hygiene and poor food. The pool was closed from people being sick in then reopened after they threw chemicals in it then on another occasion it required hoovering but then reopened. We are only given 2 beds in each room so we didnt have enough beds i had to sign a piece of paper to say there was nothing wrong with the hotel before theu would give us enough beds. I could go on and on it was the worst holiday ive ever had. It was the first time id ever taken my 4 children on an all inclusive holiday and we barely ate due to us all being ill. The music in the entertainment area was appauling vulgur with foul language. As from the pictures tthere were staples sticking out the chairs in the entertainment area which cut my daughter and myself.
