Location

The hotel is located at the centre of Naama Bay, 20 minutes from the old market with numerous shopping opportunities. It is just 100 metres from the beach and 20 minutes by car from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 197 rooms, including 81 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, squash, yoga and aerobics. The complex offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a sauna and, for an additional fee, a spa, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a café. Delicious specialities await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Amazing resort with poor food and boring shows

    As usual traveler, here are my fair comments, 1- Front office is very friendly and professional and accommodate our arrival in very short notice and upgraded us due to our anniversary. 2- Resort interior design and location are fantastic for photographers and photography. 3- breakfast is amazing and pastry is awesome 4- resort has 4 beaches, 2 of them are very good for snorkeling and sightseeing especially beach no.4. Rich with corals and colorful fishes for snorkelers and divers as myself 5- Resort pools are clean and well-guarded. 6- Resort is big and good for walking and JoggingNegatives:1- Extra Charging concept even for all inclusive accommodation. The resort has multiple restaurants but only one is included for all inclusive and all others are for extra charging. 2- unlike breakfast and surprisingly the food for lunch and dinner are very poor in quality and not tasty and variety is limited. We could spot hair in multiple dishes. 3- Whenever you done with plate and seek a refill , some chefs acting weird and mentioning a certain quota is assigned to each guest!! 4- entertainment in resorts are very poor and evening Shows/ entertainment in the resort are very boring and not amusing at all and repeated. We couldn’t stand more than one show and decided to stay out of the hotel at evening for the rest of our vacation. 5- the location of evening show is poorly kept and not clean 6- the animation game is very poor and not lot of activities are offered to guests. You can barely see volleyball game or pool show or activities. Mainly Yoga. 7- Booking reviews doesn’t reflect the reality!you are being pushed to leave a good review on booking for the rating so most of reviews are not accurate. Reviews should be non biased and fair. 8- Service on beach and the pool are fair. It could be much better.     We are soon checking out and I wanted to leave a message about some of the unsatisfactory things that occurred during our holiday. First of all, I found the Scorpion Dive center team to be very pushy and the day trips to be of very low quality for the price. Yesterday we attempted to go to Dahab and the colored canyon but ended up taking a taxi at our own expense back to the hotel. First of all, the van that we were placed in was overcrowded and smelled so strongly of gasoline that it made me and my daughter sick. The air conditioner was barely working and we were in a tight space with about 15 other people. We had to drive around for an hour picking up other passengers and waiting for them to arrive in a timely manner. Also, they took us to a very dirty rest stop and a very dirty restaurant with people begging everywhere. If I am paying $180 for my daughter and I to take a day trip, I expect the caliber of the trip to be much better. We couldn't even use the bathrooms without someone asking for money. This is terrible, especially considering we drove past some very clean-looking gas stations that had free toilets. I wasn't offered a refund for this horrible trip. And when I canceled our parasailing trip because I did not want to deal with the Scorpion people again, I was shorted five dollars of the amount that I had originally paid. They claimed it was because of "transfer fees". Also, the beds were very uncomfortable with mattresses that sink in the middle. For a five star hotel, this was a two star experience. While most people seem friendly, all in all, I would not choose this hotel again.     outstanding Experience!the Front Office team truly made my stay exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles by reception staff, genuine hospitality, and a very professional attitude.     I will start with the lovly bars 2 of them great veiws only 2 bars to enjoy you have to pay even if all inclusive and not open during the day .3rd bar near pool no drinks untill 12 unless you pay food at pool bar you pay even all inclusive .The staff was lovely had issues with a drunk who was causing lots trouble management did nothing said they dont get involved 🤔 same guy brought young man in to see his daughter from a cairo trip he went on.
