    Great Budget Hotel

    Firstly it's a very friendly, great value for money, Budget hotel. Hence why its so cheap! If you are looking for a luxury 5* experience then I suggest you pay the 5* price for a different hotel. The positives: The price!! For around £27 per night you not only stay in a clean, well equipped room with a tv, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, you also have access to 3 meals a day in the buffet style restaurant (ok the food is not great! But you can always find something. And if not, then eating out is so cheap). There is a snack bar available and ice cream in the afternoon. And 2 bars for your drinks from 10am. There's a couple of shops and a lovely coffee shop on sight and there is a free bus service that operates throughout the day/evening that will take you to namma bay or the beach. (Make sure you book your place on the bus at reception)There is also a taxi service stationed in the lobby that will arrange a taxi to take you anywhere and collect you when you are ready to return. These taxis are cheaper and safer in my opinion than ordering or flagging down local taxis. And your told the price before you leave and pay on return. I often paid 500 egyptian pounds for a return trip to the Old Market (about £7) and ate out there a few nights.And there are 2 pools. The main pool and a little aqua park at the back. For a budget hotel it is very clean and well maintained. What makes this hotel special though is the Staff .. they are absolutely wonderful!I'm a female solo traveller and I really was well looked after and catered for here. A Huge thanks to David on reception. The most helpful and always cheerful man you'll ever meet. Ahmed who cleaned my room daily and left me beautiful towel art. The wonderful Sam and Wagdo from both the top bar and pool bar, who always served my drinks with a warm hello and happy smiles. The lovely Mahmoud in the restaurant who always made me smile and made sure that I had everything I needed. The wonderful Dina from the Spa.. she has gifted hands! I'd definitely recommend a massage with her.Muhammad for sorting me out with the best prices for trips and tours (almost all his trips and tours where £5 cheaper than booking them with my actual holiday rep!)And last but not least the pool guys who really looked after me, saving my spot every day, setting up my sun lounger, bringing me table, umbrella and emptying my ashtray! Lol.. These guys made my holiday amazing. Thank you all One last thing I will say is that although this is an all-inclusive hotel, please remember to tip. Wages are minimal everywhere in Egypt and tipping although not compulsory, is an essential part of making up their income. And honestly a good tip is always very much appreciated.Overall..
