Avoid at all cost !!!!Need to get taxis to go out. Stayed for 2 weeks and did not feel welcome by staff in the main restaurant was told on multiple occasions that they had a English restaurant we would be more comfortable in the English restaurant as they say was dirty and full of flys. The whole hotel is dirty and rubbish all over the floors. The rooms are very dated was bitten very badly went to the reception they did spray the room but have confirmed with my doctor that they are not mosquito bites so must of been the beds as that is when we was getting bitten. Pool was ok but took to long to get a drink even if the bar was not busy staff just sat on phones and not bothered if your waiting. Water park was the best part of this hotel lifeguards friendly and willing to help. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic pools and slides, amazing night time pool party on one of the nights we was there, staff so friendly! Would 100% go again, beautiful little orange cat who kept coming to our balcony (room 7231) if you see him give him a fresh bowl of water and some chin scratches, we miss him lots! We will be coming back next year!

Good cleaning of the rooms from Mostafa. He helped us when we lost our swimming glasses for our daughter, we asked him for help and he rushed to get us some new one. Excellent service from this man.
