Location

This hotel is situated in Sharm El Sheikh, with on-site shopping amenities and just 7 minutes by foot from the nearest beach. It is only approximately 7 km to the airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 401 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A telephone is provided in the bathrooms. 69 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 7 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 3 children's pools. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (no extra charge), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and beach volleyball are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, snorkelling and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kitesurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and parasailing. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a lobby bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. The resort also offers snacks.

    We were very happy with our stay at Parrotel Hotel. The reception team was respectful, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Farag and Reda — they are really kind and helpful people.Our room was always clean and tidy with a beautiful view. The room cleaner did his best with every request. Thank you, Fathy, for your great attitude and hospitality.Lifeguard Mohamed was very active all day and always paying attention to our kids’ safety, which made us feel comfortable during the vacation.The food was good for the holiday budget, and the beach was amazing for snorkeling and diving.The hotel guide trips were a little bit expensive, but I preferred to go with the hotel company for safety reasons.I love Egypt and would like to thank the whole Parrotel team for their warm hospitality. Hope to come back again soon.

    We really enjoyed our vacation at the hotel. Most of our time was spent at the beach, which was amazing. Special thanks to the lifeguard Fathy — he was always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.The room cleaner was very respectful and did a great job cleaning our room every day with lovely towel decorations.The reception team was also very helpful and did their best to arrange all our requests. Thank you to Ali, Reda, and Michael for your support and kindness.The food was average, but you can always find something to eat.The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation, but in general, we enjoyed our vacation and had a good experience.     I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s an average hotel for your budget and offers good value for the price.The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The reception team was always helpful, and special thanks to Abdullah for his support and help during our stay.A big thank you as well to the restaurant manager, Abdelkarim. He is an amazing person and always checked on us during our meals to make sure everything was good and if we had any concerns.The food was good, and you can always find something to eat with different options every day.The only negative comment is about the beach. It is mostly coral, so my kids could not really swim there comfortably.Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our holiday.     I had a very good stay at this hotel. It’s a great choice for a family trip. The hotel is not luxury, but you can find everything you need there. The rooms are a little old, but they are clean and everything works normally.The aqua park is very nice for kids and they really enjoyed it. The food is normal for the hotel price and offers good value for the service.I read many negative reviews before arriving, especially about the food, but honestly I think some guests are not fair. If someone is looking for luxury food and high-end service, then they should book a luxury hotel and pay much more. In my opinion, this hotel gives very good value for the price you pay.We booked through Love Holidays and the hotel was one of the cheaper all-inclusive options.The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. The reception team was always helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room when we arrived and helped us with every request during our stay. The room cleaner was very polite and did a good job every day.I spent a great time here and will definitely come back soon.
