  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Magical Holiday – Staff Are Family, Can’t Wait To Return!Our holiday in Egypt was nothing short of perfect, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team here – they honestly made our trip unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff was warm, friendly, thoughtful and genuinely kind; they didn’t just make us feel welcome, they treated us like part of their own family. By the end of our stay, it felt like we were leaving loved ones behind, not just a hotel team.The hotel itself was absolutely spotless – every area, from our room to the pools, restaurants and grounds, was immaculately clean and well-maintained at all times. The food was fantastic too – such a great range of delicious options, and it was brilliant even for fussy eaters like some of our group! There was always something tasty to choose from, and if anyone wasn’t keen on what was on the menu, the team or management would happily cook up something special just for them – nothing was ever too much trouble.What really stood out was the care and attention from the management team especially. If we ever had even the tiniest little issue or request, it was sorted straight away – instantly, no fuss, no hassle. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was flawless and comfortable, and you could tell they really cared about every guest’s experience.This has easily been one of our best holidays ever. We are already counting down the days until February, when we’ll be coming back – not just for the beautiful location, but to see our wonderful extended family here again. 10/10, we can’t recommend this place enough! 💛🇪🇬

  Family Birthday holiday, what a place

  Never written a hotel review before so here goes.Last week in May 2026. We flew to Sharm for my wife's 60th Birthday celebrations. 6 adults, 3 children including myself on a mobility scooter. We arranged for transport for myself and the scooter direct with the hotel as Love Holidays wanted a fortune. This is where I must introduce you to Mr Reda Alsaud who was so accommodating throughout. I cannot thank this man enough for his hospitality, professionalism, warm charisma and ability to make everything just right. If you have anything you need this is the man to see. Nothing is too much trouble for him. What a great guy.The hotel pick up from the airport was clean, prompt, very efficient, professional and matched with a warm welcome. The Parrotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport and the entrance is imposing and welcoming as you approach it, with it's secured and manned entrance.Into the cool refresh of the reception where you are greeted with a smile and a glass of fruit juice. Check in and then you and your bags are whisked off to the room by hotel buggies. All the staff were fantastic and so friendly from the managers we met to the staff and cleaners. It really made it a special holiday.The hotel is very well laid out with various paths to reach your destination with mini rivers and bridges. The buildings are clean and modern. All the toilets and public areas were kept exceptionally clean.We had premier rooms which were very clean, good aircon, tv, lovely bathroom with shower, and everything worked including the wifi which was free and pretty good around the whole resort. Rooms were cleaned every day and if you drop a dollar each day on the bed the cleaner will make you some towel characters and animals.Access around the resort for me and my scooter was excellent with ramps where required.The main pool was perfect, large and 1.75m at its deepest so adults could still just about touch the bottom. It's a fresh water pool heated to just right with no chemical taste at all and the pool guys spent many hours in the evening tending to it. I spent most of the holiday in here. The pool has a large island in the middle where you could also sunbathe connected to the "Mainland" by three attractive timber bridges. There were always enough sunbeds which were very comfortable. Great safety for the kids with lifeguards dotted all around the pool with anti slip mat routes everywhere. There was also Astro turf laid on all the bridges for extra safety and comfort. The entertainment team kept things busy with water polo, pool Zumba, music, foam parties, plus evening entertainment, belly dancers, fire, sword, singing and dancing acts. There is a kid's club we didn't use and a playground with swings, slides etc for the kids.4 bars, The Azure bar by the main pool was the focal point, and i have to give a big shout out to Mohamed Raafat Mohamed at the bar. All the barmen were good but this man was wonderful and really looked after us. Seeing that i was not too mobile he would always serve us all at the table and would not let me stand and struggle to the bar. He needs to be promoted to Bar manager, i think. The drinks were ok, standard for All inclusive i'd say, and the bar shut at 11pm.5 restaurants. Main restaurant, Italian, fish (didn't see the Lebanese) pizza, cafe by the main pool. The food was generally very good with large selection especially in the main restaurant. Admittedly all food choice becomes samey after a week but the overall selection was really good. We had the Italian one night to celebrate my wife's birthday and i cannot praise the atmosphere, service and the food enough. Well worth the visit. We paid a little extra for surprise flowers and a cake and all the restaurant were there to sing her happy birthday, including Reda and the manager himself Mr Mohamed Abdelgafar. A wonderful man most worthy of his position. You can see the pride the staff have in the hotel.Near the main pool there is a wellness centre/spa which we did not use but next to it at the lower level there is a man made cave with jacuzzi and water jets. It's nice and cool in there so i suggest if you need a break from the heat, that's the place to go.The beach is typical Sharm rough sharp sand but with plenty of shades. There is a small pool, diving centre and fish restaurant all by the sea. The red sea is so beautiful. Some of our party went diving and it must be highly recommended. Trip prices do vary but i would try to stay within hotel arranged events rather than freelance as there is a significant difference in quality.I also have to mention Mr Ahmed Ramadan. I'm not sure what he does. I don't think he knows either. I'm not even sure if the hotel knows, but he never stopped. and had us all in fits of laughter all the time. Shukran ya sadeeq.Travelling outside the confines of the resort will bring it's own bounties. Speedboat trips to the White Isle where there are Dolphins, and even Manta Rays and Stingrays can be seen. Glass bottom boat subs to see the reefs and the variety of highly coloured fish. Many other trips are available. In Sharm near Shark's bay there is a Cafe called Basata which is straight from a romantic Arabian fairy tale, with a relaxed romantic atmosphere overlooking the red sea. Again, all very highly recommended.One final thankyou to all the staff at the hotel who made my wife's birthday holiday so very special thankyou to you all.I think my wife and I will be returning here soon. Absolutely loved it.

  Just got back home after an amazing week at this hotel , all staff work so hard the restaurant and bar staff are always so welcoming and anything you need they will sort it for you , mr syed the manager made our hoilday amazing such a lovely person , entertainment staff was good with children always something on night time to watch , life guards by the pool so friendly and always helpful , the taxi man wahed so friendly always there to help us to where we wanna go and house keeping always cleaning nice and early we definitely will be back next year and will miss all staff , thankyou for the best hoilday ,
