A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and crazy golf. With water skiing, windsurfing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Very disappointed with the reception service at this hotel. I was staying here with my child, who requires temperature-controlled medication, and due to a late flight home I asked if a late check-out could be arranged. I was shocked to be quoted £99 for just an extra five hours, with no alternative solutions offered and no consideration given to the need to safely store essential medication.The lack of flexibility and customer care from reception was extremely poor and certainly not what I would expect from a family-friendly hotel. While the rest of the hotel itself is good, the reception service let the whole experience down.Having visited the sister hotel, I can honestly say it is far better. The children's entertainment is much more engaging, and they even provide ice cream during the day. At this hotel, children can only get ice cream at 7:00pm, which seems unnecessarily restrictive, especially for families on holiday.Also we had no air conditioning for a whole day with children, the staff at reception were completely useless again.Overall, I would not rate the reception service at all. The poor customer service, lack of support, and inflexible approach have left a very negative impression. I would recommend staying at the sister hotel instead and would not recommend coming here.     Fantastic service from all the staff who couldnt do enough for us. My wheelchair use was not an issue. The food was lovely and varied. Plenty to choose from.     Ahmed Hamza (life guard) - you are amazing!

    We visited the Aqua Park for a day trip from our own hotel and we weren't disappointed. The children (6 and 4) absolutely loved it! There was enough to do for them both. Plenty of seating for the adults and tasty food. A very very special thank you to the life guard Ahmed Hamza who was incredible with our 2 children. He was working on the small tornado which my children loved. They went on it continously for about an hour! He was engaging, friendly, had a really lovely manor with the children and made their experience absolutely unforgettable! My two thought he was great and so did we!     My partner and I had a wonderful week here. In addition to the many activities available at the hotel, the food was also very diverse and delicious.
