  Amazing hotel!

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the animation team — they were absolutely fantastic!   Forced to Pay Extra During Check-in Despite Confirmed Booking

  I had a very disappointing experience at Albatros Laguna Vista Resort in Sharm El Sheikh.I arrived with a confirmed and fully paid booking through Almosafer for 7 days / 6 nights. However, during check-in, I was informed by the reception staff that there was an issue with the reservation and that I had to pay an additional $645, otherwise I would not be allowed to check in.I explained that this issue was not caused by me and asked them to resolve it directly with the booking provider, but I was still pressured to pay in order to check in. Since I was traveling with my family and children after a long journey, I had no real choice but to pay the amount.The situation was handled by reception staff named Hussein and Mostafa. Unfortunately, the way the issue was managed lacked professionalism and created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our vacation.To be fair, Almosafer later refunded the additional amount and provided compensation after multiple follow-ups. However, the overall experience with the hotel check-in process was stressful and disappointing.I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves how similar situations are handled in the future.   Great spacious hotel nice pool nice beach area looks good at night also . I liked it . Few issues I had was every time I left tsomething on my beach chair ie my roll up from UK full it was never handed in I was last one of beach as well so clearly seats was cleared by staff and my Gucci sunglasses real ones not fake the following day . I blame myself for being so slack but I feel in this place if you lose something your never get it back ..lost and found said if they find it they bring it to my room . But I realized he didn't know what room I was in so was just waffling .la carte restaurant you don't even get to pick your food they just bring something started and main .   A Hotel That Felt Like Home

  My stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel was honestly one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the kindest people everyone was so sweet, caring, and always happy to stop for a conversation. It never felt like I was just staying at a hotel it truly felt like a second home.The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel peaceful and magical. Waking up every morning to the beautiful scenery and watching everything light up at night is something I’ll genuinely miss.What made this place unforgettable for me though were the people. My everyday catch-up conversations with Qaram and Kareem became one of the best parts of my days, and I already know I’m going to miss them . It even got to the point where Qaram already knew my drink order before I even asked those little things made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They made me feel welcomed in a way that’s hard to explain.On my last night, I met the lovely Omr, and I honestly wish we had met sooner. He felt like a friend from back home instantly. We had some issues taking cash out, and without hesitation he was there helping and making sure everything was okay. And the food genuinely 10/10 every single day. Everything was fresh &delicious

  This was our first and definitely unforgettable stay in Egypt. The hotel was wonderful and so was the staff. Animators Omar, Momo, Ibra and Cristina made sure we weren't bored and gave us a lot of fun. They were truly irreplaceable!
