Location

The hotel is located in Sharm El Sheikh, Sinai Peninsula, in the Montazah Ras Nasrani area along the shore of the Red Sea, with prime water front location, private beach and marvelous view of Tiran Island. The resort is just 10 min away from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport and 15 min from popular Na'ama Bay.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 21 junior suites, 8 suites, 439 single rooms and 439 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage, subject to availability. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The resort has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 7 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and crazy golf. With windsurfing, snorkelling and water aerobics available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include 5 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.     Don’t be put off by the size , massive, but offers diversity to appeal to all Quiet pools and busy pools full of flumes . Food is very good and varied, many different restaurants offering a range to suit all . We personally preferred the Asian restaurant. All the staff were friendly and any issues were dealt with immediately.     Had a wonderful time, place was amazing with crazy views and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very hospitable, especially Desouky Mohamed and Abdelrahman Wagieh at the pool bar, there level of service and attention to detail in our orders were second to none.     Our second visit to Palace Resort was every bit as magical as the first — if not even better. From the moment you arrive, the hotel takes your breath away. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel calm. The beautiful colours and architecture throughout the resort genuinely reminded me of visits to Greece, giving the whole place a luxurious Mediterranean feel.The food was amazing throughout our stay, with so much variety and incredible quality. The à la carte restaurant was absolutely gorgeous...We visited all the restaurants and the variety of food caters for even the fussy eaters, this made every meal effortless.Our room was simply out of this world. Waking up each morning to views of the infinity pool, the sparkling sea, and Tiran Island felt like a dream.
