Location

The hotel complex lies atop Om El Seid Hill and affords views out over the Red Sea. It is just 5 minutes to Sharm el-Sheikh's old town, some 7 minutes to Naama Bay and approximately 25 minutes to Sharm el-Sheikh.

Facility

The property includes 12 villas/houses as well as 182 rooms and 124 apartments. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A safe and a currency exchange service are available. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.

    Relaxed stay in hidden jewel

    Me and my boyfriend stayed 6 nights at this resort and from start to finish it was sheer bliss. The resort is hidden away in a beautiful setting by the beach, the food was delicious and the staff so friendly. We couldn't have asked for anything better to experience a quiet less touristy spot of Bali. If you want to get away from hustle I highly recommend.

    I stayed at the hotel for a whole week from Friday 16 to Friday 23, the whole week went fine until what happened on Thursday 22 I was on a trip with my family when we came back to the hotel we found that we got robed ( Iphone 6, Gold necklace,2 Gold rings) that was in the apartment and the hotel didn't do anything ,until we called the police and the hotel didn't want to pay for compensation for the stuff that got stolen from the room. After all the security and the safety in this hotel is below the zero.

    Nice staff, especially Tarzan (animator), Mohamed (restaurant barman) & Mahmoud (barman). Conditions of rooms are not that good. Cold water in pool. Food in restaurant is good. The chef was quite attentive. The staff in the restaurant is very polite except for the manager of the staff (I forgot his name, the bald one). Reception staff is more or less polite and eager to help, Natasha is helpful (thanks to her).     this hotel is diabolical, food is terrible, staff are brilliant, rooms are dirty taps rusting ,toilet brush still had poo on it ,need I go on .I would not set foot in this place ever again.This was our first trip too Egypt ,and I think it will be a long time before we go again,unless we know some who has had a better experience and hotel is recommended.It was the worse ten days in my life.     i was in Poinciana Hotel, it was so nice there, rooms are good, the food is awsome, the best thing is the animation team, Tarzan is amazing guy, he is so funny, i enjoyed so much with him, this hotel deserve more than 4stars.
