    Staying at the regency hotel had an amazing meal and experience at the oriental a la carte restaurant. Service was 5 star and all staff was very attentive and friendly. The top chef Mohamed and Ehab would regularly visit by the table to ensure everyone at the table was happy and

    Second time to Egypt, this time picked a family hotel due to younger people with us, good points were the pools were great but only one heated in January! Rooms were nice, right on the beach. Bad points, staff were very mixed some great some just rude, most of restaurant staff were rude! The food was pretty bad some days it was awful and the presentation and hygiene certainly needs a lot of improvement! Don’t book taxis through hotel as extremely expensive and the guy called Bob who does the henna and tattoos is a crook! Ripped my girls off and lied about retouching henna up to go home he actually admitted he lied! Pay more and find a better hotel go for a known chain like Hilton

    Room was very nice food wasnt great this time we stayed lived of chips most of the week also house keepker knocked us up at 8 every morning no coffees or sugars when asked for weal and maher from round the pool was excellant made our week made us feel welcome they was amazing every credit to weal and maher

    An average staff with some misleading expectations

    This resort urgently needs renovation, particularly the rooms. The photos advertised online are very misleading and do not match what you actually get. the room felt more like a 1 star hotel furnished with old, worn out, and poorly maintained items. The furniture was dusty, the fridge had an unpleasant smell, and the sofa, chairs, and centre table were visibly damaged, dirty and outdated.Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the overall condition of the room suggested it hadn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The Wi-Fi on the terrace was unreliable and essentially unusable. I paid an extra $10 for a week of proper access.The restaurant was another major disappointment. The food quality was poor and not once during my stay did I enjoy a meal there. Other facilities like kids entertainment, pool facilities were good and staff were polite and helpful. Lobby, reception, terrace area all nice and big but furniture needs updating and please clean up!
