    الزياره الثالثه ليّ في الفندق لانه مريح نفسياً قيمه مقابل المال يتميز بموقعه الممتاز في خليج نعمه؛ الاستف بالكامل أخلاق عالية ويسعوا جميعاً لراحة الجيست؛ أ . مصطفي في الريسيبشن قمة في الزوق والأخلاق ؛طاقم المطعم بالكامل متعاون وودود أشكر كل العاملين وأخصص مستر عمرو ومستر أحمد العقاد لمساعدتك ليّ ولضيافتك الكريمة وحُسن استقابلك

    Management wise the hotel is terrible ,obviously the hotel didn't hear about food variety before , for 8 days I have not seen any variety what soever either for breakfast , lunch or dinner and from my point of view i see all of this due to lack of how to manage , again I wanna highlight that all of the disgusting service you might see there starting for the bellman service , passing by reception , pool facilities, restaurant , and bars all of this is because of lack of management The only good thing is the staff trying their best to be welcoming however they don't have the tools to do so I wish if I could come back to this hotel but with the same level of experience I don't think so !!!

    This is a place I will always recommend to all my friends and familythe Hospitality is the best I have seen just like THE SILK PATH HOTELeverything you ask for is provided for with the almost agency With the swimming pool and the proximity to the beach cooling off is never a problem

    I made check in 18/02/2023For three nights,I am now in the hotel till 21/2 the check out date ,the room location is okay but old furniture and the food very terrible and the reception staff very bad attitude and not helpful specialy the man in the reception Ahmed and the lady very bad attitudeI not recommend the hotel for anybody
