Location

The resort is located about 10 km from Naama Bay, 2 km from the Sharm-el-Sheikh old city centre, and close to the Al Mercato shopping centre. It is ideally located in Al Fanara Street, Ras Om El Seed Hill, where guests will find several attractions including restaurants, bars, cafés and nightlife. Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport is 22 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 150 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a playroom, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a mini fridge. A television with satellite/cable channels comes as standard in the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 3 swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure options at the hotel include windsurfing, a gym and billiards. For a fee, guests can also enjoy a sauna and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for dinner.

    The best thing about this hotel was the pool area, pleasant with padded sunbeds, a rarity in most hotels! I enjoyed the food and the room was okay, a few chipped tiles but otherwise spacious and clean. This isn't the best hotel in Sharm but well worth the price compared to some other hotels.

    I doubted how to rate (between poor and average), well -let's call it "average". In Europe it probably would be 2 or 3- stars hotel.The dining room was dirty, and the cats were just hanging around.Some of the bars/restaurants were closed at all.The staff was most of friendly. The bus driver didn't speak english and was driving when he think it's right time (but you couldn't be sure that if the timetable said, that the bus will take you from the centre at midnight, then it was so - no, he just "forgot" to come to town..).Next time i definitely choose better 4 star hotel (or 5 star).PS! I was there march 2013!

    one of the worse experince ever,the receptionist is a dodgy person dont trust them guys!they kept saying the rooms are getting ready and then discovered that they are paying back the travel agent i was coming through kept me waiting for three hours

    I'm here now and the hotel is wonderful, the staff are really friendly, helpful and happy, they can't do enough for you to make your stay lovely. The food offers a good choice, not that I have lunch although I'm on AI, and is really tasty, haven't tried the puddings either as I don't eat those but they do have fruit which is a good plus in my books, often not seen in hotels. The air con works a treat and they do have it in reception too and yes the shows are in the lobby what's wrong with that? Perhaps the previous poster likes to stay in huge hotels where they have hundreds and hundreds of guests and a stage for the entertainment! Sorry not my bag a smaller hotel where the staff get to know you is far better as far as I'm concerned, they know what I want to drink at dinner before I even sit don, now that's service!I have worked in hotels all my working life and I wonder if some of the previous guests who have posted on here have been to the hotel that I'm in now! I can't rate it highly enough, excellent value and not a cloud in the sky in Sharm, what's not to like?
