    the best holiday

    rating27 Dec 2025

i would give it 11/10. it was one of the best hotels i’d been to. the staff were amazing, and the cleaners too! there was loads of entertainment each night and day. the pier was a great experience and going into the sea was surreal. my room was very clean and had a good bathroom and a good size. the noise level was quiet. the food was amazing with a great selection each day. especially egyptian pie!!!! the hotel was probably the biggest i’d ever been to. also the bar had loads of drinks and the spa was so relaxing and worth the price. there was bazaar right infront of the hotel too. the slides and wave pool was great for kids. overall…. u have to go! Friendly, safe fun and kind

    rating30 Nov 2025

The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. We witnessed how quickly they acted when a child got into difficulties. We felt welcome and safe and the children adored them.
