Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families and singles, this resort is situated in a quiet area in Sharm el Sheikh, approximately 800 m from the hotel's private sandy beach.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. Guests have a choice of 242 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Daily newspapers are available for purchase.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Sport

The pool complex, which includes 20 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. The pool area also includes a hot tub (no extra charge), a waterslide and a pool bar. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy bocce and beach volleyball. For a fee, paddle tennis is also available. With sailing and water aerobics available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. For breakfast (continental, English and late riser), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We had a great time here at the Sentido. This place is huge and has lots of pleasant walks. Essentially two hotels it just seems like one big complex which has the most pools we can ever remember seeing in a hotel. What makes this hotel is the service, probably the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive hotel. Every part of the hotel had attentive polite staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The food here is delicious too and varied. We ate mainly in Mo’s Restaurant where the chefs get a big thumbs up and the staff were amazing. The manager I think his name was Assad (apologies if I got this wrong) told us he’d only been at the hotel a few weeks, you wouldn’t have believed it, it was perfectly run and the staff were always quick, polite and extremely attentive. So many to mention but those that we were lucky enough to be looked after by were Atif, Mohammed inside and Mohammed outside and Miriam. The Italian à la carte was beyond expectation, the food was just stunning and Bahaa who looked after us on the nights we dined there was fantastic. One day we were waiting at the cafe bar for a cup of coffee and the hotel manager Mahmoud came up to us, introduced himself and sat us down at a table and bought us over coffee to save us waiting. It was much appreciated and typical of the service here. At the Blue Bar Ali looked after us from day one, always remembering our drinks and bringing us crisps too! Amazing service. If there was something that would make this hotel perfect, I would say the lighting in the rooms could be improved it really is very subdued and the bathroom really was overdue an update but all round we had a fantastic time and the service was faultless.     A very good hotel — we’re coming here for the third time already. We like everything: the rooms are great, the service is excellent, and the area is very beautiful and уютная. The sea is also stunning, with lots of fish and coral. The food and drinks are diverse and delicious.     My first time in Egypt and I simply couldn't ask for more. Weather was amazing and the hotel was sublime. Every single staff member that interacted with myself and my partner were seriously 10/10. They make sure your stay is as best as it can be and are ready to do anything for you at a moments notice.I'm always a bit sceptical about all inclusive food however Mo's was seriously some of the best food I've tasted abroad ever. There wasn't a single day where I wasn't spoilt for choice and I often found myself losing space on my plate to try fit everything I wanted! I want to give a special mention to Ramy as he was brilliant and so kind to us especially helping to teach us some Arabic!La Terraza was also absolutely lovely and again spoilt for choices on the menu. Do make sure you book early as it gets filled quickly. We found we weren't to keen on the Indian A La Carte and instead opted for 2 nights in La Terraza which they were more than happy to help with. The hotel itself is honestly gorgeous and really helps you to unwind. I've never stayed in such a lovely well lit resort on a night time and it just creates an amazing atmosphere to have a lovely walk each night especially down to the beach area. Not only that, but the grounds are so well looked after, we saw engineers and gardeners every single day who were ensuring the hotel stayed in pristine condition. Finally, I want to give a mention to one of the most wonderful people I've ever met. Asaad (F&B Manager), made our stay the best it possibly could be. My partner has visited the Sentido many times but not since she was around 6 years old (now 19) and he remembered her instantly. He made sure we had a nice table to sit at every day, fresh fruit after our meals, fresh fruit in our room and even more. I honestly can't thank him enough and I can't wait to return just to see him again.If you are contemplating booking this hotel, stop procrastinating and just do it. You will not regret it.     This was my second stay at this hotel in Egypt and once again it was absolutely amazing. I first came at Christmas with my family, and we had such a brilliant time that I knew I was definitely going to go back. This time I came with my best friend, and I’m so happy to say the second trip lived up to every expectation.My best friend enjoyed the stay just as much as I did and was genuinely shocked by how attentive all of the staff were and how perfect the hotel itself was. Everything was exactly as it should be, and we had the best time together.The rooms were kept spotless the whole time by the lovely housekeeping team, who work so hard and really deserve a lot of praise. Everything around the hotel was always clean, tidy, and so well looked after.The reception, bar, restaurant, management, and all the staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything. I honestly couldn’t say a bad word about any of them.A special mention has to go to the animation team, who really made our holiday. They kept us entertained every day with activities and fun, and in the evenings took us out to different clubs which was such a good laugh. Their energy made the whole trip even better.The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
