    Public Humiliation by Hotel Security

    Absolutely disgusting experience. I was publicly humiliated by the hotel’s security staff for simply using the beach swing. Four security guards surrounded me, shouted at me, insulted me, and spoke to me in the most disrespectful way possible. It was intimidating, aggressive, and completely unacceptable.I have never experienced such rude and abusive treatment at any hotel before. Security staff are supposed to protect guests, not gang up on them and verbally attack them. Their behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and honestly disgraceful.This incident completely ruined my stay and showed me how little this hotel cares about guest dignity, comfort, or proper staff training. If this is how they treat paying guests, people should seriously think twice before booking

    Nice hotel, liked the food and the evening shows. Good music. Perfect place to relax with your family and have a good time. The hotel area is huge and the beach is literally a few steps away from your room. Liked it a lot!
