    Elsayed Barman & Beshoy life guard were fantastic. The food was good, local drinks are not what we were used to but acceptable with Elsayeds help. I think the reviews on here are better than they should be because the entertainment staff come to your sunbed on the first day and ask if they can use your phone to write themselves a review. They asked twice more in our 2 week stay. The music was blasted out at 10 am at full volume & usually lasted all day. It was hard to have a conversation on our balcony over the music level. If your looking for an 18-30s Ibiza style hotel then this one is for you. ( its made worse because the speakers have blown, so full volume distorted bad music all day and night. ) so entertainment crew get zero out of 10. The rooms are big, clean and good. The bathroom was dirty( old dirt, mould, water stains in the ceiling, un cleanable bath. Just very old and un cared for. The food was good, great selection , very tasty & staff were very helpful. It does feel a little like a canteen & we felt hurried even when we arrived 30mins before closing.The manager was helpful when we got a leak in our bathroom ceiling we were able to change rooms the next day. ( it wasn't the first leak in there though, there were water stains on the ceiling when we arrived, so why wasn't it fixed before we ask ourselves. Overall we had a good holiday but I think the service we received from Elsayed, Beshoy & the food it what made it good.

    I was impressed by the absence of tourists in the hotel, but this was rather an advantage, as all the attention of the staff was for us. Rooms are clean, pool is heated. Beach is modest, bur the bus picks up there and back. Food is poor, but we didn' starve. Many thanks to Sayed, Beshoy, Karim, Mesoud and Nama. Best wishes to the kitty Roza 😍

    2,5 starsIf you want it really cheap and just want to sleep there it can be a good option.Good breakfast, omelette was delicious and good selection of sweets.Ate lunch once, paid 15€ and not very nice, the glasses were handwashed and not very clean.The cleaning was not the best, especially upon arrival we had a sense that the room was not properly cleaned, dirt on walls and hair in the towels. We kept our sandals on in the shower and inside.The staff was great and very helpful, special thanks to Zezo who welcomed me upon arrival and worked overtime to meet our needs and concerns.The balcony was nice.The music was a bit too loud in the morning.Walking distance from the ocean but you have to pay to visit the beach and swimming is very difficult.But overall for what you pay its pretty good.
