Risky and Not Safe Hotel, Please for your own safety & your Families, do not book here

Warning to everyone — do not book at El Khan Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. This place is completely unsafe and unprofessional. The hotel manager (named Amir) and the owners (Shady and Karim) treat guests in a terrible way. We politely complained about the food quality — it had very small portions and almost no variety. Instead of helping us, the manager shouted at us, used very bad language, and even became physically aggressive. When guests try to defend themselves, they blackmail them for money. They use security cameras to record only the parts that benefit them — they cut out the parts where the staff insult or attack the guests. The same thing happened not only to us but also to other guests from Russia. Please, for your own safety and peace of mind, do not stay at this hotel. This is not a safe or respectful place for families or anyone.
