We had a bad experience with El khan Hotel.. the towel is so dirty like a rug, the comforter has no cover. We informed the agent that booked for us- informed the FO manager- house Keeping Manager- No action. They don’t care at all. Not worth it for 2000 egp for a night. Don’t Booked this hotel- Or else you will be disappointed.

Warning to everyone — do not book at El Khan Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.This place is completely unsafe and unprofessional. The hotel manager (named Amir) and the owners (Shady and Karim) treat guests in a terrible way. We politely complained about the food quality — it had very small portions and almost no variety. Instead of helping us, the manager shouted at us, used very bad language, and even became physically aggressive.When guests try to defend themselves, they blackmail them for money. They use security cameras to record only the parts that benefit them — they cut out the parts where the staff insult or attack the guests. The same thing happened not only to us but also to other guests from Russia.Please, for your own safety and peace of mind, do not stay at this hotel. This is not a safe or respectful place for families or anyone.

The hotel need renovation and they need to take more care about the hygiene of the room as well the drinks are not accepted at all but cute staff and tasty food with variety and the lobby should 24/7 air conditioned
