  The staff were very helpful and food was amazing the rooms were clean and tidy and amazing pools for kids and adults specially the warm pool with slides would recommend and would come again

  Stayed for a week in February.Hotel dated but room is ok Cleaned daily Pool area is the best bit of hotel Plenty of sunbeds We was the only British inthe hotel all Russian Polish Ukraine DRINKSsoft drinks tea and coffee okRum and vodka onlyYou have to pay extra for beer and wine.FOODSame food every day very poor and tasteless only small section of dessert No snacks in the day Only 1 restaurant not 3 like it says BEACH shared beach 10mins on a bus that is filled up every timeImpossible to get a sunbed during the day as shared with 4 or 5 hotels.ENTERTAINMENT no entertainment in the hotel during the day.Few bits at the beach 1 show at 2100hrs for an hour that's allWIFI charged £2 a day Hotel is miles away from anywhere so u have to take taxi to go anywhere.Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this hotel

  Food was very poor (2/10). The same dishes were served every day, with only desserts changing. Coffee was extremely watered down, and food was not refilled near the end of breakfast.Room cleanliness was disappointing. It seemed that only towels, bed linen, and trash were changed between guests. We noticed broken items, mold, and an unpleasant smell from the fridge. Despite being three guests, we initially received only two towels, and getting three clean towels required multiple requests.Plates in the dining area were dirty and greasy.Even with an all-inclusive package, internet was paid and worked only in the reception area. No cocktails were included — only soft drinks and basic alcohol.The receptionist made an offensive comment by saying there is “no difference” between Lithuanians and Russians, which was unacceptable. Staff English was very poor, the hotel area smelled of feces, and overall staff attitude was unpleasant.The only positive aspect was the animation team — the shows were genuinely entertaining.

  We rate the food 2/10. The selection was exactly the same every day, and during our 5-day stay only the desserts changed. The coffee served during meals is extremely watered down – it has no taste and no smell at all. Also, if you come about 30 minutes before breakfast ends, the food is not refilled, so you have to eat whatever is left.In the rooms it feels like before new guests arrive only towels and bed linen are changed and the trash is taken out. We noticed broken elements, fungus and mold. Although we were traveling as three people, we received only two towels, and they were not changed unless we asked. When we asked for three clean towels, we got them only on the third attempt – first they didn’t bring any, then they brought only two, and only after that we finally received three towels.Plates in the dining area were dirty and greasy. When opening the fridge in the room, there was a very strong unpleasant smell.The cherry on top was the receptionist, who assumed we were from Russia. When he found out that we are Lithuanian, he said: “there is no difference.” Considering the historical context between Lithuania and Russia, this was extremely offensive and unacceptable. We were disgusted by this attitude and will never return to a hotel where staff openly shows such ignorance.Even though we had an all-inclusive package, the internet was paid. We have never experienced this in any other hotel. Even after paying, the internet works only in the reception area. No cocktails are available with the all-inclusive package – only soft drinks plus a basic alcoholic drink.Hotel staff speaks very poor English. The hotel territory has a strong smell of feces. The staff was generally unpleasant.The only advantage of this hotel is the animation team. The shows were truly engaging and worth our time

  Just back from a lovely two week holiday

  We have just returned back from a fantastic two week holiday at this hotel.The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, we were booked into a ground floor room around the pool area.Lots of loud music during the day but it finished by 23.00. It didn’t bother us.The room was great for what we needed.With a TV, fridge, air conditioning, safe, hot shower, soap, shower gel, shampoo / conditioner sachets and a clean toilet.The single beds sheets clean and changed regularly.Two bottles of water given to us each night. You didn’t need a kettle in the room as drinks were available throughout the hotel.The bins emptied every day, floor/toilet cleaned and beds made.The young cleaners were so polite and worked very so hard throughout the day.The Egyptian food at the restaurant was delicious and very well organised with lots of fresh produce, bread and pastries all made in the kitchen With hours of preparation by the chef’s Lots of fresh salad, vegetarian/BBQ meat /fish options which changed daily.The chicken and meat was served by a chef so as to be served fairly.Plenty of fresh fruit and deserts available.Self service, tea, coffee and juice available in the restaurant.All the staff were friendly, we learnt a lot about the Egyptian culture and food.There are two pools, the small one I believe was heated but never tried it. We were quite happy using the large pool which was cold but ideal to cool down in the heat. Pools cleaned every night and I had no tummy bug from the pool water.Again the life guards very attentive making sure everyone was safe and happy.The weather was lovely and hot between 25 and 30 degrees.The sea was about a 10 minute walk down the road to a lovely quieter private area which you had to pay an entrance fee for.Or a free 10 minute bus ride from the hotel in another area for us to use for free.The entertainment team tried hard to encourage everyone to join in, a stretching class, Zumba, volley ball, darts and water aerobics all held around the pool area.The evening entertainment was held In the amphitheater and on Sunday the team took us to the SOHO/large shopping area to watch a musical fountain and see the xmas lights.I was lucky enough to have three body massages at the spar, the young Egyptian lady was brilliant and it wasn’t that expensive.Now for the drinks… local spirts and soft drinks are free. If you wanted a beer or wine this would cost you but that was ok I wasn’t there for the alcohol.Although the hotel is looking a little tired it has a marvellous new owner who sat and chatted with the guests during our stay, he is very keen to revamp the hotel infact there was lots of painting and cleaning going on already.Also he has lots of exciting new plans.I would just like to say the staff were amazing, happy, helpful and made our holiday, hopefully I shall be returning next year with the rest of my family.Thank you.
